Excellent hotel and experience
Pros:

The team at the Pendry were amazing from the concierge team before we arrived assisting with parking and dinner reservations to the front desk person. She was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. We night recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Experience Despite High Expectations
Pros:

While there were aspects of our stay we enjoyed, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience and fell short of the standard we expected.
During our stay at the Pendry Wharf, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not consistently respected. I initially requested coffee mugs via text and later sent a message to cancel the request, yet someone still entered the room to deliver them despite the sign being displayed. The night before, a housekeeper also approached the room for turndown service while the sign was up, though we were able to stop her before she entered. Additionally, the floors were not very clean, with visible crumbs and dirt, and slippers would have been a thoughtful and practical addition.
Dining at Moonraker was also disappointing. I’ve been dining there since the restaurant first opened, and the quality of the food has noticeably changed and the recipes felt different, possibly due to a change in the kitchen. Service was inconsistent, as we had to request items like soy sauce and wasabi multiple times after they were forgotten. During breakfast, our server accidentally dropped a plate of eggs on the floor directly in front of us while serving.
Overall, these experiences did not reflect the level of attention to detail and quality I’ve come to expect, especially given the reputation of the property and the price. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Where Elegance Meets Tranquility
Pros:

This stay was supremely relaxing from start to finish. From the elegant guest room and thoughtful chocolate welcome, to the exceptional dining, serene spa experience, and breathtaking views from both the room and restaurant, every detail was impeccable. The service and ambiance are truly unmatched. I will absolutely return.

Best Hotel Experience
Pros:

Best hotel experience from check-in to check-out. Gym was well equipped and organized. Loved the towel on each cardio machine, and the choice of still or sparkling water. The avocado toast was amazingly fresh and tasty. Staff always professional and helpful.

Excellent choice in the wharf
Pros:

Great accommodation for office christmas party at the wharf.

This hotel offered an amazingly comfortably setting. Totally suitable for working prior to my evening activity. Great water pressure and shower head; comfortable sink set up. Bed was perfect level of firmness and pillows were excellent.

Moonraker bar was great for afterparty location - excellent cocktail menu, great bartenders, excellent service. Delicious refreshing in room breakfast, perfect for recovering.

all in a great choice if you need to stay near the wharf.

High end accommodation in a high end town
Pros:

We had a great time in pendry with a high end accommodation and very personal service. Our only issue is a lack of parking and we paid 60 a night for parking! So be careful if you parking your car near the wharf

Great weekend stay!
Pros:

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. Perfect for a night stay while visiting DC! Moonraker service at night was not the best (although dessert was excellent); however for breakfast, it was a 10/10.

Wunderbar!
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage, super Betten, wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick von der Rooftopbar. Super nettes Personal. Toller Pool und super Fitnessstudio. Alles sehr neu und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Tolles Design.

Cons:

Bei uns war leider die Minibar etwas laut.

Pros:

Lots of potential! Poor execution.
Pros:

Great hotel. Everything was 5 stars except the breakfast experience. The service was at Moonraker was terrible and the only blemish on the experience overall. I had to find someone to take my order after waiting a menu for 20 minutes. When I let the concierge know about it, the follow up was poor which only made it worse.
