Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Many guests praised cleanliness (rooms described as clean and well kept), but several reports of issues (unclean shower, sewage smell on night two, broken/uneven bed, plastic covers on beds, occasional towel shortages) lower the score.
Service
9.4
Repeated positive comments about staff being very accommodating, helpful and friendly; front desk described as customer-service oriented and responsive to maintenance/TV issues.
Location
9
Multiple mentions of a convenient location (near I-15, close to dining and Glen Ivy); guests repeatedly cite the location as a strong point.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are generally described as comfortable with good AC and some units offering kitchenettes; downsides include broken/uneven beds, heavy comforters, no desk chair in some rooms, TV issues and fitted sheets coming off.
Amenities
7.2
Property is well kept with useful in-room kitchenettes for long stays, but guests report missing/unsatisfactory amenities: no pool, no breakfast, non-working in-house coffee machines, paid parking and inconvenient linen exchange process.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests explicitly said the hotel was worth the price, especially for families or longer stays; minor issues (parking fee, small extras) noted but generally seen as good value.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Limited F&B offerings noted: no breakfast at property, in-house coffee machines frequently not working; guests rely on nearby food options rather than hotel-provided meals.
Overall Experience
9.4
Overall sentiment is positive: many callers would stay again and praised staff, cleanliness, location and value despite isolated issues (noise, parking fee, occasional cleanliness problems).

Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort.

Cons:

Customer service and the fact that I had to pay for a parking spot which I had read in the add , parking was free. Not a big deal. I hope I get my $100 deposit back soon into my account.

Cons:

I don't care for the coffee makers. Three times we've stayed there and they haven't worked. That's my only complaint.
