Cozy room in a great location. Great price for the area.

Cons:

All communication with staff is done over text or email. There was some issues with receiving the check in info. Unfortunately when bringing it up to staff they were not very friendly about it.

This hotel is disgusting, uncomfortable and the price and proximity don’t justify the conditions.
Pros:

The products provided in shower and the contactless check-in

Cons:

The room was filthy. There was a roll of toilet paper in the windowsill and a blood stain on the sheets. The shower was claustrophobic and there was no outlet for the coffee maker. The room was so humid that there was condensation on my water bottle and the fan never came on despite it being so loud.

Excellent modern facility with outdoor spaces for activities
Pros:

Super clean, modern and had everything we wanted

Cons:

It’s a dog friendly place so could hear an occasional dog barking during the night. However rooms were very sound proof but I am a light sleeper

Stay Here for Santa Ynez wine tastings!
Pros:

Perfect Location for Santa Ynez wine country and price point is very tough to beet! Firepits are nice to relax by after a hard day of wine tours!

Cons:

Had to leave early and was unable to cancel a nights room.

The location is excellent, offering a more laid back stop point before or after traveling to Solvang and Santa Barbara. It's not far from the highway exit but is pleasantly quiet. The bed was also quite comfortable, and the place was very clean.

Cons:

The room is very small, barely enough room for one person. The self-check in process was a bit of hassle for me because I initially didn't get their emails about the checkin info, twice. I had to ask them to resend the emails. Something was wrong with their email system, probably. Heads up--You also need to call them to give them your credit card info.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again!
Pros:

The property is clean and quiet. It is located conveniently, just a short drive from local attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities and the products provided in the bathroom.

I liked the keyless check-in, the room was very clean

Cons:

I didn't like my room location (room 5) right next to the ice machine..but with no staff present I felt I couldn't speak to someone to move to a different room. I also didn't see that I could use the sister facilities pool/jacuzzi until too late. I wish I would have known that before (or maybe I just missed that in the documents)
