Pros:

A cidade de Serra negra foi uma grata surpresa. O quarto é grande. Cama confortável. Banheiro de bom tamanho com ducha top.
Só o que deixou a desejar foi o ar condicionado modelo antigo que precisamos tirar da tomada pra desligar e as áreas de lazer descuidadas.

Foi uma excelente experiência. O hotel é ótimo, muito bem arrumado, com decoração bonita e quartos grandes. A equipe é fenomenal, desde a recepção até os garçons. Todos muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos. A comida também é excelente, em todas as refeições. Além disso, a localização é perfeita: perto dos pontos turísticos, mas sem barulho excessivo.

Pros:

Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Estacionamento com manobrista apenas. Fica em rua movimentada, perto das atrações da cidade (que são poucas).
Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa.
Comida muito boa, tanto no jantar quanto no café da manhã.
