CAUTION… Not what it says on the tin…!!’
Pros:

I booked this place in the belief that was a proper hotel and the facilities were as depicted and described…WRONG…!!

I’ve been a gold member with Hotels.com for many years but this is the first time I’ve been sold (Misold) a pup..!!

The property when you find it, the directions are extremely poor and clearly not helped when not using the correct name for the address, is actually named Domity’s and is a functioning care facility for the elderly and in some cases very frail and confused.

At the check in desk the young lady dealing with us had no English and seemed genuinely confused as to why we were there in the first instance. We eventually did get our room / apt which was actually very good but clearly set out for the elderly / infirm more permanent guest.

We were actually approached twice by very frail gusts at the lift and in the corridor looking for help which was quite sad as the were not only confused but spoke no English…

I’m extremely annoyed with Hotels.com and needless to say have been unable to get through to anyone other than a virtual robot.
