This was an absolutely amazing stay. I decided to celebrate a part of my graduation celebration at Hotel AKA West Palm and it was quite the treat. All of the staff are impeccable and very friendly. I was greeted by Brian and Jorge. Usually when I write down a special occasion on the notes for a hotel they don't do much. But here they went above and beyond! Eriel was so sweet and decorated my room for me and The General Manager Adam left a hand written note. This was my favorite evening of my graduation trip and I am so happy I spent it with them! I will for sure be back for my next milestone!!!!

AKA West Palm Beach is in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the Waterfront Promenade, restaurants, spas, and shopping. My suite was spacious, clean, with a nice kitchen, balcony with seating, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Very comfortable bed and sofas. The manager Bradley was very kind and helpful; Dolly the valet was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay at AKA on my next visit.

I do not want to overlook our stay at this hotel. While celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to spend two nights at AKA West Palm Beach on our way back home. We reserved a room after reading positive reviews from other travelers and chose to stay here.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that did not have a very pleasant view, and my wife felt a bit uncomfortable. I decided to go to the front desk and explain what we were hoping for. We were assisted by the manager, Bradley, who was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous above all else. Taking our anniversary into consideration, he kindly offered us an upgrade at a very thoughtful rate, which we gladly accepted. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service.
Overall, I believe choosing this hotel was a wonderful decision. It is beautiful, cozy, well located, and has an incredible staff. Thank you, Bradley.
