The location and safety measures! Beautiful pool area and great little market!
Parking fee was too high. Garage and shuttle staff could be friendlier.
shower leaked very badly...damage on walls seen. t-stat was very bright at night... hard to sleep with bright light
El diseño del hotel, la zona de la piscina y el gimnasio. La habitación es tipo apartamento y tiene de todo (lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora, frigorífico, microondas, vitroceramica…).
Su ubicación, se pueden visitar muchos sitios andando y en bici.
También si necesitas que te acerquen a algún lugar tienen un cochecito tipo suttle y es gratuito. A market que es una cafetería y supermercado donde puedes desayunar, comer o cenar y a nosotros nos dieron un vino para consumir allí, se agradece el detalle.
Y Bradley el recepcionista, es muy amable y eficiente, nos ayudó mucho en cualquier cosa que necesitamos.
Que el parking sea tipo valet, y el precio de este, muy caro.
Más limpieza en la piscina.
La cama no es tipo king y se nos quedó algo pequeña (éramos 2 adultos y un niño de 7 años). Nos dieron opción de una supletoria, pero intégrarla en la zona del comedor, no nos gustó la idea, demasiado incómodo.

The location was great. Front desk staff was Great! Pool Bartenders were very nice too! Room was large and well equipped. You can walk to restaurants and bars. Complimentary drink at check in was a nice touch!
George and Bradley at the front desk were very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc.
A few Girls in the Cafe Market were not so friendly. Definitely order from the bartender's upstairs as they have the same menu!
Very clean and friendly staff! We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and it was very quiet! The room was large and comfortable and has everything we needed!
