Modern high rise stay with walkable location and helpful employees.
Pros:

The property was in a great, walkable location. The shuttle driver took us over to Palm Beach and back, which was very helpful!! He was very responsive!
The view from our eighth floor room was over the pool and onto the intercoastal/Palm Beach. Great view! The room was clean, Modern, and well appointed.
MAKAYLA was wonderful at the front desk, helping to get a room ready early for our party of 2 couples. She was super nice! We received margaritas as a welcome… Super fun!
Visited the blind monk on our return to hotel later that evening. Great organic cocktails, chic decor and very nice bartenders. We ordered room service for Sunday morning breakfast from a-market, bagel, and Chia coconut pudding. Arrived quickly! Later we visited a-market for avocado toast, breakfast sandwich, and cappuccino. All great!

Cons:

The room did not have an iron or ironing board. Iron delivered but no board. The Chia coconut pudding was a bit hard. Our friends coffee tasted off, thinking the milk was stale. All in all a great experience with a few small areas that were addressed.

Ottima posizione per un soggiorno a West Palm Beach
Pros:

Ottima posizione, struttura appena rinnovata completa di palestra e piscina. Camera molto spaziosa e abbastanza silenziosa.

Cons:

Pulizia da rivedere, trattandosi di una volta a settimana. Sarebbe apprezzabile una sostituzione più ravvicinata della biancheria ed una pulizia generale della stanza eseguita con maggior frequenza ed attenzione.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room, and ceiling fans. Those were nice.

Cons:

Of the only electrical outlet behind the desk, only one worked. I needed the other, and had to call for technical support. Other outlets in the nightstands did not work. The toilet seat was loose and would slide sideways. There was no closet or hangers, and no place to put my suitcase on.
