Le petit dejeuner et tres bon et on voit le potentiel de l'hotel, Giorgi nous a bien accueilli et on a apprecie la musique a fond au petit dejeuner, Bob Marley le matin ca fait toujours plaisir.
On a du changer de chambre car la notre sentait tres mauvais, Giorgi c'est occupe de nous sans soucis.

We had a wonderful experience at Dialog Kokhta, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bakuriani. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the surroundings were beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent.

The hotel has a beautiful, modern design with stylish interiors and a warm, cozy atmosphere that perfectly complements the mountain setting. The rooms are comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and provide a relaxing environment after a long day exploring Bakuriani. The attention to detail throughout the property makes the stay feel special.

What truly made our experience memorable was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

I would especially like to mention Giorgi, who provided exceptional room assistance throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. Whenever we needed assistance with the room, Giorgi was approachable, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and genuine hospitality made a significant difference to our experience. Employees like Giorgi are a real asset to any hotel, and his excellent service deserves special recognition from the management.

The location is another highlight, offering a beautiful mountain atmosphere and a wonderful setting for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's overall ambiance strikes a great balance between modern comfort and the charm of a mountain retreat.

What impressed us most was the combination of the hotel's atmosphere and the personal attention we received. Good hospitality is not simply about providing comfortable accommodation; it is about making guests feel genuinely welcome and valued. Dialog Kokhta certainly delivered in this regard.

Our Stay in Dialog Kokhta was really wonderful. Everything was great from cleanliness and comfort of the room to friendly and helpful staff, especially thanks Giorgi, who was always attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was lovely and everything met our expectations. A special thanks to the hotel team for suprising us with a lovely birthday cake for my boyfriend's birthday. It was such a cute gesture that made our stay even more special!

In buonissimo hotel un po decentrato dal centro , ben organizzato e gradevole , personale gentile e disponibile . Ottimi servizi e colazione

Location

Location, facilities, enough space in studio, kitchenette, especially when cafes are mostly closed between seasons. Furniture, linen, kitchen facilities - all fresh and new. Breakfast was sufficient and pleasantly included.
