Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel. The service was extremely poor, with no way to contact reception from the room, so you have to go there yourself whenever you need anything. I requested an extra blanket from the first day, but it was only provided on the evening of the second day after several complaints. Housekeeping was also very poor, and my request to clean the kitchen was not properly handled. I checked out extremely disappointed with the service and staff response. There are many better options available.

عبارة عن شقق فندقيه الخدمه ممتازه لكن غالباً انت تخذم نفسك تطلع الشنط وتطلب منهم شيء لو متوفر جابوه لك او يعتذرون منك
يرجد لديهم مطعم والفطور مميز صراحه وفيه جلسات خارجيه تبع المطعم جلسه رايقه من المغرب والليل يولع لك نار وتتقهوى وتتدفى
المكان والموقع جداً مناسب ويوجد به شطاف وغسالة ملابس 👍🏻

كل شي حلو بصراحة فيها وتستاهل الإقامة والمنطقة حلوة اكثر شي انبسطنا فيه بجورجيا وبالذات باكورياني

The hotel is wonderful—very clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and supportive. I would especially like to thank Anna at the reception for her warm welcome, kindness, and helpful support. She truly made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

Everything was very nice. It would be even better if bidet sprays (shattafs) were installed in the bathrooms, as they are important for personal hygiene and would better accommodate the needs and preferences of Arab and Muslim guests.

Riley Riley The staff they are very friendly and smiling and they very well coming and helpful specially the guy his name gurge , also the rooms is larger than other hotels in bakuriani and everey room including mini kitchin including dishes and kittle , also I liked the special soap in the bath and wahmachine also no jotels providing this 2 advintg (mini kitchin & wahsing machin) so it's will be cheap holiday because you want to not bothering yourself and spending too much money just by soap for the washing machine and buy a food from the nearest grocery shop (spar)and cook in your room save your money from restaurant bill's ,
The location is good thers verey clous 2 groceries shops & pharmacy , And the breakfast its delicious and variety and the buffet lounge is so good they have inside & outside table's, also there's somithing special & deferent it's the fireplace with sofas out side , no hotel in bakuriani they have this .
Also they have special thing it is kids playground it's behind the hotel between the trees and there is a chairs for the parents so they can watch them kids .


Really I enjoyed in this hotel

I will not forget the beautiful smiling and welcoming from friendly people they are working in this hotel .

I am planning to visit bakuriani in Winter

Unfortunately one thing this hotel not have , it's swiming pool .
But they have cause it's the wither & temp is cold , so you can't swim , or you will be sick .

Another thing it bad and the hotel they are not responsible about it , it is the street is dusty so the cars when crossing making your car in parking so dirty , one thing hapend to my rental car is the Glass broken last day , and payed to the rental car company 100USD .
Because ladt night i moved my car nearest the street , so its The city municipality responsible .
So keep your car away from the parking near the street
& Park it nearest the hotel bulding .

من اسوأ الاماكن اللي سكنت فيها .. اللي يبي يتعذب يسكن فيها قذاره وازعاج وحرر .. حجزت غرفه مطله عالجبل عن طريق بوكينق ويوم وصلت قالولي عندنا زحمه وغرفتك سكنو فيها ناس مومحترمين الحجز عن طريق بوكينق المتوفر يعطونك اياه ،، وبعد ماتهاوشت معاهم عطوني غرفه مطله عالالعاب ،، كنت حاجزه ليلتين وماقدرنا ننام من ازعاج الكلاب والحر ماعندهم تكييف وكنسلت الليله الثانيه ومارضو يردون فلوسي وطلعنا تنازلنا عن فلوسنا ورحنا ولانقعد بهالفندق التعيس ،، الله لايعيدها من ليله
