9/19, it’s very sad smell , that I can’t believe it happened and hotel feedback like this, room is very bad smell and very big noise, and 1F was very noise by hotel it self event, very cloud also very noise, and about room noise they also admit people to check, they sure it’s a big noise, I ask to change and front desk said it’s fully booked, and offer me to free cancellation, but when I went 1F they suddenly said a room close to me is available, let me to check see but the issue stil very obvious, so I still didn’t stay , manager also come to say sorry, but after one day, that they suddenly said they won’t pay back and charge , it’s very bad handle , already ask hotels.com to process, why you said free cancellation but after one day you said you change mind, it’s not a good hotel should be,

For some reason Hotels.com lists this as a 5 star hotel — that is insane. This a 3 star hotel with basic interior, cheap decor, long hallways reminding me of 1990s youth hostels, and an entryway that makes one walk past parked vehicles covering the entrance. The pool is small and mostly in the shadow, the gym has very little besides the treadmill, and the staff seem little trained or interested in doing anything much.

Everything g need to asked 2-3 times , was out from 9 am till back 3 pm room still not clean , called reception asking for clean room after 1-2 hours still no one coming… and attitude not that good as 4 stars hotel …

Hotel ran out of key cards during our stay. It was also very noisy at night. It might be a good hotel during low season but at high season they seem unequipped for dealing with the volume of guests.
