Fantastic hotel with great location, super comfortable and lovely staff.
Pros:

Great hotel and location with amazing choice of restaurants. Staff are very attentive. The atrium style layout of the hotel is very unique making the stay feel special. Close to shops as well.

Cons:

For one of our lunches, food came out cold twice but this was resolved and the manager waived the bill.

Best hotel in Ahmedabad
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel in Ahmedabad. The hotel is located near the business district of Vastrapur.

The rooms are clean, spacious, well maintained and has everything you want. All amenities you expect from an ITC hotel are available.

They breakfast buffet was good with a mix of local gujarati delicacies , continental and Indian spread.

The service as usual was exceptional with warm and smiling staff.

The breakfast was good and the spread decent. the staff were quite attentive and nice.

Cons:

The staff needs to be trained a lot more. Breakfast staff was great however all other areas need vast improvement. Some staff find it extremely difficult to communicate in English as well. Gym and wellness area is extremely poor

Prime location. Accessible to all major malls and attractions.

Friendly staff. All Front office staff, particularly Priya was so supportive and made our purpose of stay (wedding anniversary celebration) memorable. We got a special gift arranged by this staff.

Everything was just Amazing

Cons:

What I did not like was that the receptionist did not inform us during check-in about the chargeable items available in the room. Later, during departure, they told us that the items in the fridge and snack drawer were chargeable. It is completely fine if those items are chargeable, but guests should be informed about it in advance to avoid confusion.

This was an incredible experience
Pros:

I did not have time to experience the spa and pool, but the room was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was incredible as well. The breakfast was also very very good with a lot of choice.
