ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

The location is centre of the city so very good for connectivity, rooms are specious cosy and clean, Food is very much delicious and very attentive staff from all department, Anupam from Peshwari is very knowledgeable and survey us very good food, Kamal and Moumita from reception is very helpful provide us smooth check in and check out experience. ITC Narmada is a beautiful property with an excellent location, elegant rooms, and great facilities. The hotel certainly has the potential to offer a true five-star luxury experience.

However, I was disappointed by the overall hospitality and dining experience. The staff would benefit from further training in customer service, attention to detail, and understanding guests’ needs. Many team members appeared uninterested in communicating with guests, and service lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a luxury hotel.

The dining experience was also below expectations. There were long waits for food during almost every meal, and the quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the food area did not reflect five-star standards. As someone who has travelled extensively and stayed at luxury hotels around the world, I found the food quality and hygiene disappointing.

Another concern was the evening dining area at the foyer. It became extremely crowded and noisy with local visitors, making it difficult for in-house guests to enjoy a relaxing meal. I believe the hotel should consider reserving a dedicated dining section for staying guests to maintain the premium experience expected at a luxury property.

I would also recommend that senior management conduct unannounced audits to experience the hotel as guests do. This would help identify issues with service consistency, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Overall, I would recommend ITC Narmada as a place to stay because the property itself is excellent. However, I would not recommend it for its dining experience in its current state. With improved hospitality training, better attention to cleanliness, and enhanced food quality, the hotel could truly live up to the reputation of the ITC brand

Moumita, the staff member who processed my check-in, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. Everything else was also on point.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my wife when I had to attend for Buisness. Our stay was truly remarkable with exceptional service.
The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and most importantly comfortable with a great sleep guaranteed.

The food choice for breakfast and dinner is limitless and they even catered for a special request for my self. A special thanks to Chef Mitesh for accommodating this. Rovizono also made our stay special ensuring we were all well and catered for.

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient for the city. The hotel is also very secure with brilliant and friendly door attendants.

The management team were also very helpful in accommodating our needs and even gave us a memento gift on departure to truly remember the trip.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
