Great place to stay, however the fooeaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

The room was very good, however the amenities in the bathroom were old and did not look fresh at all. To clarify further, the dental kit etc.the cover were all wrinkled and looked like they have been there for a few weeks atleast.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite ordinary - more specifically the taste of all the Gujrati dishes were quite bad. khandvi was hard and tasteless, so was kaman. The only decent thing was the patra.when we are travelling from overseas to an ITC property in Gujarat, that is the minimum we would expect from our breakfast. The coffee took forever to come on both days.All ia all the breakfast fell way too short on my expectation.

The stay was very comfortable. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff behavior was very caring and polite. I really loved the experience and would definitely like to visit again.

Fancy but misses the basics
Pros:

The rooms are nice, spacious, well lit and good amenities inside. The location was convenient for us.

Cons:

The place was crowded, especially breakfast time was poorly managed. They had no place for people to sit, the standing time was long. We had booked 2 rooms one for 4 days and other for 2 days. There was a double booking on the room booked for longer stay, and someone else tried to come into the room late in the night as they were allocated the same room. Everything takes really long for the staff to address. This is an issue I have encountered in other ITC properties too. Fancy place but basics are an issue.
