Overrated but great location.

Hotel is clean. Location was perfect

Cons:

Rooms are too modern. Glass wall between bedroom and bathroom just screams cheap. Hotel can be very loud due to parties and weddings. Staff at buffet is all over the place. They are short on napkins and silverware all the time, handing out paper tissue napkins. Coffee and tea sometimes never come and need multiple reminders. Handing out paper tissue napkins. We stayed at Taj, ITC and Six Senses and ITC had lowest level of service.

Location was good and breakfast was great 👍

Cons:

Assign smoking room besides requesting non-smoking room.I had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights non-smoking rooms.when we arrived front desk said we are fully booked so have to give you 2 rooms on smoking floor and other 2 rooms Different floors and don’t have what we booked.
On other 2 rooms one of the rooms smell like just finished smoking party.that bad smell of smoke.
Can’t even went all the way inside the room.Just quickly turn around and come out of room.second room same thing happened.
We came back to front desk and firstly they try to convince like there was no room available for that night said we will move you next day to correct room.
And that was 11:00pm at night.
We waited in the lobby till 1:45 am and finally giving us both rooms. Don’t know where the rooms came from just while back there was no rooms available.manager said have one upgraded room.but In that room not good cleaning either.
Me and my family very disappointed specially kids not happy.
If you had late checked in or arrived late that doesn’t mean
Can give you smoking room. Specially did called atleast 3 time and mentioned for non-smoking rooms.

The breakfast spread was good. However, they need to improve the quality of local (Gujarati) food.
