From house keeping - restaurants - spa, everything was perfect. Every staff is amazing! We will definitely be back!

It was good, but for a Five star hotel, it could and should have been much better.

The lobby aesthetic, location was ideal, the transport arrangements.

Cons:

Check-in process was slow, as only one member of staff on the desk at 1am, and there were a couple of other guests waiting online to check in too. When it was my turn, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Where first impressions are so important, a simple friendly smile would have made all the difference. On another occasion, i struggled to get sufficient assistance from front desk staff on 2 separate occasions, and ended up giving up.
The safe in the room wasn’t working, but to their credit, it was repaired quickly.

Good, with surprising teething problems every time I visit, which ruins the experience.
Pros:

My second time staying here.

Food was above average (not the usual fantastic food associated with ITC)
Clean, spacious room
After my last times experience, I did not order any room service, so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

I had made a booking for 4.30pm at the Saloon for a hair-cut. I was promptly at the Saloon at my designated time. It was a large room with a prominent Salon sign, and I walked in, and it was completely empty. I waited 10 min, no one showed up, and then looked for a hotel phone. Could not find one. So I called the front desk through my cell phone and made them aware. They connected me to the Salon, who lied to me that they were at the Salon. I hung up, and a woman walked to me from the Spa. Zero apologies, and she gaslights me saying that I was supposed to walk all the way to the Spa (in a completely different direction) and check for the Salon employees there!! I found this extremely odd.. and ridiculous. By then it was too late for me, and I left without getting my hair-cut. A very poor reflection of how the hotel is managed. My time was wasted. There are many such teething problems with this hotel, even the last time I visited.

Pros:

Very well maintained and new property. The breakfast spread is very good. Rooms are very spacious and the location is very central.
