Pros:

Everything was just Amazing

Cons:

What I did not like was that the receptionist did not inform us during check-in about the chargeable items available in the room. Later, during departure, they told us that the items in the fridge and snack drawer were chargeable. It is completely fine if those items are chargeable, but guests should be informed about it in advance to avoid confusion.

This was an incredible experience
Pros:

I did not have time to experience the spa and pool, but the room was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was incredible as well. The breakfast was also very very good with a lot of choice.

Great service
Pros:

Jairam, the front concierge was the absolute best. After 35 hours of travel having the coordinated car service was so reassuring. He made us seamless. Hotel and service were wonderful.
