Excellent beach resort hotel Nashiro beach Okinawa.
Pros:

Really classy hotel with a superb beachside location. Fantastic view from my large ,comfortable room. The staff were excellent and really helpful.
Breakfast buffet selection was really good with a wide array of choices.
I ate at 3 of the on-site restaurants for dinner and they were all fine dining . Excellent Japanese food.
Several swimming pools ,including 2 that were perfect for children / families with plenty of attentive lifeguards.
Airport bus to the airport (40 mins ,700 yen )
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

수영장이 4곳이 있어요. (1곳은 VIP용). 괜찮은 조식을 바다를 보면서 먹을 수 있어요. 방에 준비된 설비가 좋습니다. 자동차로 도착하면 호텔 입구에서 직원이 짐을 이동하여 보관해 줍니다. 공항 리무진이 있습니다.

Cons:

숙박비가 4배나 변동 합니다. booking과 호텔 사이트의 직접 예약 그리고 VIP조건을 등을 확인하고 예약하세요. 방의 위치를 꼭 확인하세요. 고층이 아니면 전망이 좋지 않으며 특히 바다 방향 오른쪽 건물은 초고층이 아니면 전망이 좋지 않습니다. VIP ROOM도 동일합니다. 주차 비용이 있습니다. 주변이 황무지라서 호텔 내부 식당을 중식과 석식을 미리 예약해야 합니다. 오후에 바다물이 낮아져 수영이 불가 합니다. 2박이 아니면 충분한 해수욕과 3곳의 수영장 사용을 못합니다. 수영장이 유아용이라서 가족 여행자에게 추천합니다. VIP용 수영장이 별도로 있고 바다가 바로 보여 전망이 좋지만 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 체크인 3시 전에 수영을 위한 탈의실이 없다고 합니다만 실내 수영장 쪽에 있습니다. 물놀이 튜브 렌탈 비용이 너무 비싸요.

No food, to go to eat minimum 20 minutes with the taxi, unpleasant service.

We are very disappointed with our stay, with the service, facilities and location of this hotel.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience for a so-called 5-star resort.

The biggest issue is that this “resort” does not provide basic food options during the day. Apart from breakfast (with long queues every morning), there is no simple place to eat lunch, grab a coffee, or have a light meal. The only available option is an Asian buffet, which is not suitable for many European guests.

In the evening, only a few restaurants are open, and they are fully booked days in advance. As a result, we were unable to dine at the hotel most of the time. The staff explained this by saying it was a public holiday period and everything is fully booked — however, this is not an acceptable excuse for a luxury resort. Guests should not have to plan all meals a week in advance just to be able to eat.

We had to spend thousands of euros on taxis during our stay just to find basic food outside the hotel. The location is very inconvenient, far from everything, with no walking options nearby.

What was most frustrating is the complete lack of problem-solving from the staff. When we raised these concerns, the response was simply “sorry, nothing we can do.” No alternatives, no solutions, no effort to improve the situation.

A resort where guests cannot comfortably eat, especially families with children or special dietary needs, cannot be considered a true 5-star experience.

Would not recommend.

Tranquil, beautiful and peaceful
Pros:

It was beautiful location

Cons:

I’m used to options at a resort. It could be that is what Japan resorts are like but it would be nice to have activities or music, or any other activities. It also may have been the time of year. Also the patio seats outside the main lounge were very uncomfortable.
