接待人員友善、度假感、泳池設施
Pros:

這次入住 琉球名城海灘度假酒店 的整體體驗非常棒。飯店內每一位接待人員都親切又熱情，使用英文溝通也相當流暢，專業度讓人很放心。整體環境對親子旅遊非常友善，空間寬敞、氛圍輕鬆，很適合帶小孩一起來好好放鬆、度假。

飯店坐落在相對偏僻、安靜的位置，遠離市區的喧囂，整體氛圍非常純粹，真的很有「度假感」。飯店本身擁有私人海灘，泳池設施也相當豐富，甚至還有讓人驚喜的漂漂河，可惜這次造訪正值冬季，相關設施暫時關閉，稍微有點可惜。不過也正因如此，更讓人期待下次再訪、完整體驗這些設施。

這次也有在飯店內的 めん処 山楽 用餐，餐廳環境乾淨、氣氛舒適，服務人員同樣親切熱情，是一段相當愉快的用餐體驗。整體來說，這是一間非常適合親子、也非常適合單純放空渡假的高品質飯店，之後一定會再來。

Cockroach Problem
Cons:

During our stay on the 3rd floor, we found a cockroach near the curtains on the second day. When I reported it, the staff only brought insect spray. Since we had a baby, I refused, but they said there was nothing else they could do.

This is completely unacceptable. Staying in a dirty and unhygienic room with a baby was stressful and disgusting. The staff showed no real solution or concern for guests’ comfort. I felt uncomfortable the entire stay.

I will never come back, and I strongly warn families with children to avoid this place.

Excellent family experience.
Pros:

The property was stunning, offering an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was the best we had throughout our entire trip to Japan. The staff was warm and attentive, and the pools were nothing short of exceptional. We truly cherished every moment of our stay.

The view, pools, and breakfast buffet

Cons:

Not much. Just wished it was closer to Naha as we had a long trip to the center of Okinawa. But then it means giving up the beautiful beach. So nothing.
