Stunning hotel - great location
Pros:

Great location & a fantastic looking hotel. What an impression on first sight - absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and has everything you need.

Cons:

Honestly, the staff was not helpful. I understand that their grasp of English was not brilliant but when I asked several reception staff the best way to the airport, all struggled to provide me with accurate information. This was disappointing.

great concept but there should be some tweaks
Pros:

- Location
Geographically wise, it’s located in the right spot. Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Blue Mosque and many other recreational places can be reached by walk in 15 mins max. Additionally, the hookah nearby is just perfect ;)

- Facilities
The room looks peculiar and charming, can make quite of an impression.

- Staff
Extremely polite and friendly! Always ready to help.

Cons:

- Noise
There’s a bar - restaurant right in the middle and while the concept is great in theory, it’s very lame in practice. Music is blasting from 9am to midnight, lots of people. Rooms are not sound proof + some guests can also be quite loud early in the morning doing god knows what.

- Ventilation
For such a small space, there’s no way you can actually get some air in. AC is locked on 29 degrees and you cannot change it - was a real dealbreaker tbh as it’s super humid and stuffy.

- Lightning
Let me just say that it was dark in that room with no additional sources of light. Add to this lack of air and you can imagine what it was like.

I would definitely recommend the place and will return my next time in Istanbul
Pros:

I absolutely loved the property. Everything was clean, and the room itself was very picturesque and full of historical charm, yet still very comfortable. The scents in the bathroom were amazing, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will never forget how the receptionist helped us get a taxi and carried our luggage in the rain.

A nice bonus for me was the complimentary coffee at the café on the first floor -it was cozy, and the coffee was delicious.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only small issue was some noise at night, possibly from a humidifier in the room.

I had originally booked a deluxe room and was told I received an upgrade to a suite. However, I’m not entirely sure if it was actually a suite since I didn’t see other room types, but either way, we were very happy with the room.
