Pros:

Le personnel top

Cons:

Le ratio entre le prix, 160€/nuit et les services. A part 1 chambre simple, une bonne literie, une ambiance un peu différente, je ne vois comment on peut justifier ce tarif par rapport a la conccurence.

The location of the hotel was excellent - right in the middle of the cultural peninsula. The concierge staff were tremendous - so helpful and offering good advice.

Mucho ruido del restaurante hasta la 1 de la mañana aproximadamente. Además no había opción de tener desayuno y el restaurante del hotel gastamos 185€ cenando compartiendo comida.

Отель находится в старинном каменном замке 18 века. Высоченные потолки, все необходимое есть. Красивое лобби и ресторан внутри. Отличное расположение, близко ко всем достопримечательностям.

地理位置很棒了 住宿也挺舒服的 我觉得蛮好
Pros:

员工大部分都很热情，英文讲的大都不错。刚住进去的时候周边有莫名噪音持续整晚，帮我们换了另一边而且免费升级了。楼下的网红bar虽然挺热闹的，但我倒是没被打扰到……每晚回去都能看到很多美女在那边排队拍照……

Je choisirai une autre chambre plus confortable pour profiter pleinement du confort de cet hôtel.

L’ambiance exceptionnelle dans le patio, le restaurant, la localisation.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les chambres (une sorte de grésillement et de circulation de l’eau dans la tuyauterie apparente). La position des toilettes en face du lit qui crée un sentiment de promiscuité.

L’hotel di per sé non è male, ma non è assolutamente un 5 stelle. Non c’è una Spa, non esiste il Room service, non esist
Pros:

La camera era bella e ben strutturata, aveva tutto il necessario. L’hotel è ben posizionato vicino alla metro ed al gran bazaar.

Cons:

Musica alta, troppa gente nel ristorante che viene solo a fare le foto.

Stunning hotel - great location
Pros:

Great location & a fantastic looking hotel. What an impression on first sight - absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and has everything you need.

Cons:

Honestly, the staff was not helpful. I understand that their grasp of English was not brilliant but when I asked several reception staff the best way to the airport, all struggled to provide me with accurate information. This was disappointing.

great concept but there should be some tweaks
Pros:

- Location
Geographically wise, it’s located in the right spot. Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Blue Mosque and many other recreational places can be reached by walk in 15 mins max. Additionally, the hookah nearby is just perfect ;)

- Facilities
The room looks peculiar and charming, can make quite of an impression.

- Staff
Extremely polite and friendly! Always ready to help.

Cons:

- Noise
There’s a bar - restaurant right in the middle and while the concept is great in theory, it’s very lame in practice. Music is blasting from 9am to midnight, lots of people. Rooms are not sound proof + some guests can also be quite loud early in the morning doing god knows what.

- Ventilation
For such a small space, there’s no way you can actually get some air in. AC is locked on 29 degrees and you cannot change it - was a real dealbreaker tbh as it’s super humid and stuffy.

- Lightning
Let me just say that it was dark in that room with no additional sources of light. Add to this lack of air and you can imagine what it was like.
