ความสะอาดของห้องที่พื้นบางส่วนสกปรก เครื่องปรับอากาศมีการตัดการทำงานบ่อยครั้งมาก ทำให้มีความไม่ต่อเนื่องทำให้มีอากาศร้อนสลับเย็น ไม่มีการเพิ่มน้ำและกาแฟทั้งที่พักสองคืน มีแต่ถ้วยกาแฟอย่างเดียวช้อนกาแฟก็ไม่มี ช่วงเวลา10.00ถึง14.00 มีเสียงดังรบกวนจากพนักงานของโรงแรมมีการเปิดปิดประตูเสียงดัง และเสียงตอกที่ผนัง ทำให้นอนพักผ่อนไม่ได้เลย ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอต้องออกไปจอดนอกโรงแรมห่างออกไปไกลมาก ประมาณ 0.5 กิโลเมตรเดินกลับมาทั้งมืดและเปลี่ยว ทีวีรีโมทก็ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนช่องปรับเสียงได้เลย

les sanitaire ne sont pas super bien nettoyer, je leur ai dit avec les photos a l'appui, ils ont dis qu'il ferait le nécessaire de suite, le lendemain ils n'ont rien touché, les draps sont très propre .
le mobilier et vieux et bricoler...
Hotel est situé trop loin des activités pour les touristes plus de 45 minutes au minimum de taxi pour rejoindre les activités touristiques, hôtel à côté de la plage?! NON au fond tout au fond d'une ruelle délabrée et sombre...
pour info: en partant je leur ai laissé de très bon pourboire 300Bt, puis j'avais oublié mes lunettes de soleil, j'ai demandé qu'il me les envoies chez un ami Thail, il a fallu les appelé 6 fois pour qui les envoie ...
ils m'ont demandé trois fois du prix du port postal, il m'ont envoyé le ticket postal et j'ai pu constater que je me suis fait arnaquer à ce sujet.
à savoir que je suis parti 3 jours avant ce que j'avais réservé, et j'ai laissé les trois jours... donc commercialement ce n'est pas cool de leur part!
Ne donner pas de pourboires leurs comportements sont exactement les mêmes....
Attention il n'y a pas de coffre pour mettre vos affaires insécurité, j'ai dû cacher mes affaires un peu partout dans la chambre c'est pour cela que j'ai oublier mes lunette...
l'hôtel n'est pas très cher pas assez propre pour un appartement .... mais pas pour un hôtel. le petit-déjeuner est ok et le personnel semble assez gentil...
