The manager should send the codes for entering the hotel after receiving the payment.
Pros:

We had a four-bed room, which was quite enough for us for one night; otherwise, I would not recommend it for a long stay, they are small.
Everything is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is quite solid and fresh.
We also left our luggage after check-out at the reception, which is open until 19:00

Cons:

The only big problem was that the manager did not send me the instructions for entering the hotel, even though it was duly paid in advance. The reception is not open 24 hours, at 11 pm when we arrived at the hotel, none of the employees were there and we did
.not have the code to enter. This was resolved with a phone call, the manager answered immediately and sent the codes on whtsup.

Pros:

Breakfast was a good choice, good location, interaction I had with staff (which was minimal) was polite and friendly.

Cons:

I was on the ground floor room and would hear everyone coming in, going upstairs and room above due to all floors being stone. Bed was very hard but you didn't notice until other noises woke me and then it was hard to get back to sleep and thats when I would realize how hard it was.

Pros:

Nos permitieron dejar las cosas antes para poder hacer mejor turismo. El alojamiento está a algo más de 10 minutos de la estación y la zona es tranquila. Todo estaba limpio y el desayuno tiene lugar en un margen amplio de horas.

Cons:

Si tuviese que decir algo, lo haría más adaptable en cuanto a las escaleras. Pero todo bien.

Mysigt och bra boende för oss på genomresa.
Pros:

Ett litet och mysigt hotell centralt i Alicante. Rummet var toppenbra. Rymligt, rent och tyst. Frukosten var bra och kaffet gott. Vi kom sent och fick all information som vi behövde via meddelande i god tid.

Cons:

Sängen var lite för hård, men vi var trötta och sov gott.
