Accueil très professionnel, chambre parfaite, propre.

Cons:

il y avait beaucoup de mouches sur les aliments (fromages, pain) et l'employée présente n'était pas très agréable

sehr angenehmes Hotel, sehr schön, sehr gute Qualität
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön mit viel Holz. Gute Betten, Freundliches Personal, Leckeres Frühstück. In der Nacht ruhig trotz der Passstrasse. Abendessen kann im Restaurant genommen werden. Top für ein Schweizer Hotel, weiter so.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for us! We stayed there one night before and one night after our Gastlosen circuit hike. The start point of our 4-days loop hike was just across the street, next to the waterfall. So we could leave our luggage at the hotel and start the hike right from the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and spoke good English.
The room was very clean and well maintained. It was so clean that we thought it was renovated just before our visit. Later we asked the staff and were surprised to find out that it hasn't been renovated for 10 years. We really appreciated the cleanliness.
There was a good variety at the breakfast, so everyone could choose whatever they liked.
We also had two dinners at the hotel. Those were delicious, and even though there aren't too many options to eat outside in the town of Jaun, the prices were absolutely fair.
We highly recommend staying in this hotel. We enjoyed it very much!

Cons:

The only thing, that bothered us a little was the flies during our first dinner at the hotel. It was a rainy evening. So instead of sitting at the terrace, everybody ate inside the dinning room. It seemed liked a lot of flies also wanted to get a shelter from the rain, so they joined us at the dinning room and we shared our dinner with them.
