Very nice room with friendly staff and a very good price.
Pros:

Lovely room, spacious and modern with a very nice bathroom and shower. Tea, coffee, bottles of water and cake left for us in the room. When we checked in we were given a £5 Greggs voucher each which was a nice touch. Good location.

Cons:

It didn't matter to us as we managed to park right outside both times as there is a lot of road parking spaces but the hotel itself doesn't have a car park.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, room was an okay size, bathroom looked very nice and modern, received a Greggs gift card due to the location not serving breakfast even though I didn't expect them to when booking. The shower was one of the best showers I have ever used.

Cons:

The noises at night were constant, if I wasn't a heavy sleeper I wouldn't have been able to sleep, a constant water running sound, sound of the heating was quite loud, it sounded like there was a tractor driving past every 10 minutes, the doors didn't really fit the frames and were difficult to close and open the bathroom door, there were elements of the room that were unclean or could've been cleaner, parking wasn't great but it's difficult to expect any different for the location and area. Found out the following morning my sink was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom (not caused by running water so unsure the cause)
