We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The location was excellent and the room was spacious for Paris. However, having stayed at multiple 5-star hotels, we came in with certain expectations—and unfortunately the service fell short.

We requested a restaurant reservation through the front desk but never received any follow-up. On the day of our departure, we called several times for help with our bags, but no one ever answered. When we went down ourselves, there were no other guests at the desk, which made the lack of response even more frustrating.

On our final night, we visited the rooftop bar without a reservation. Since it was our honeymoon and our last evening, we politely asked if we could move to a better table that had just been vacated. The server declined, saying it was reserved—which seemed odd, given it was the same size as ours. Not long after, a group of young women the server appeared to know personally were seated there instead. This felt unprofessional and left a negative impression.

While the property itself is beautiful, staff attentiveness and friendliness were lacking compared to other 5-star hotels we stayed at during our trip. These service issues ultimately made the experience feel more like a 4–4.5 star stay.

Very stylish hotel that is also warm and inviting. While the hotel and rooftop views are beautiful (as you’d expect), the staff were the standout for me! From the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff, the service was excellent and the staff were very polite and welcoming!

We loved our stay SO much (get it). But seriously, this is a new and modern hotel. The room was spotless, the bathroom was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Paris. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of my favorite hotels!

A little rocky at check in- room not ready (was one hour before check in time, had requested early check in).. no problem. Left luggage and went out to explore. Said they would call when room was ready. Never got a call but returned back and finished check in and brought to room. After attendant left, realized luggage was not in room as promised when dropped it earlier. They had luggage brought up promptly. After that, no issues with room or stay

This is a great hotel. The restaurant and bar at the top are spectacular and have pretty good food and drink. The hotel is very modern and it has a hip youthfulness that is infectious. The one quibble is that the staff are a bit inexperienced but that will improve with time. I would go back to this hotel
