OK, but fat from every. Personal car required
Pros:

Nice and spacious, clean

Cons:

Located very far out of Demre. No shop or restaurant within walking distance. Avoid unless you have a personal car

Don't recommend - no warm water, bad location and unfriendly staff.
Pros:

I believe the only thing that we liked about the apartment was the size of the apartment and the double bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was super unfriendly and wanted to charge us double at first. The worst was that we didn't had warm water. The wifi was also not great (working but we got kicked out quite often and the quality was bad) and we had to ask for extra linen etc. as there weren't sufficient available. The location is also not great, but it was hard to communicate to get a taxi for us to go to the city center and bus station.

Pros:

Nice position, slightly out of Demre city centre, but easy access to Myra site and St Nicholas church area if you have a car.

Big appartment.

Cons:

The door from bedroom to the balcony was not very air-tight, so room was a bit cold.

Pros:

Очень большая квартира, есть всё необходимое, даже стиральная машина с порошком и балкон. Тихий и спокойный район, есть места для парковки на улице.

Cons:

Нет крепления для душа, лейку придётся держать руками

Любовь с первого шага в апартаменты 😍
Pros:

Очень сильно понравилась чистота,идеальная, все соответствует описанию и фото. Все есть для проживания: кухонная утварь ,чистое постельное белье,площадь как заявлена в описании .Спасибо владельцу данных апартоментов за такую чистоту и ухоженность 😘

Cons:

Демре- это тихий уголок Турции с пустыми пляжами. Мы отсюда ездили гулять во все направления и нас это устроило, так как цена апртов очень привлекает.Единственный минус, это мечеть через дорогу, которая будит в 5:00 утра, но это совсем не критично, уют этих апартаментов все перекрывает. Рядом в 5 мин на машине находится город Мира.

Va ramane o minnata amintire
Pros:

Inainte de a spune bune si mai putin bune, as spune ca daca as mai merge la Demre, tot acolo as dori sa locuiesc. Un living de 20 mp, cu bucatarie deschisa, un dormitor comod de 14 mp si un balcon senzational de vreo 15 mp cu masa si patru scaune. Nu e tocmai comod sa urci fara lift patru etaje, dar acolo e liniste, iar serile si dimineatele sunt deosebit de placute. Aer conditionat in fiecare camera. Baia ar mai avea nevoie de cate ceva (polite, suport prosoape, etc). Nu e in zona turistica, dar asta vine cu avantajul unui pret mai mic si al linistii. Sub balcon este o mare de sere, iar in departare o geana de mare. Noi l-am folosit ca baza de plecare in excursiile cu masina prin Antalia dar si cu zile placute de plaja, in special in Demre cu minunata plaja Sumulklu, lunga, lata, nisipoasa, nepopulata si neamenajata. O nota excelenta si pentru administratorul hotelului, deosebit de amabil si indatoritor, chiar daca l-am vazut rar :) .

Stojí za to. Děkujeme za hezký pobyt u vás.
Pros:

Po roce jsme se na toto ubytování znovu vrátili. Na ubytování je super naprosto vše. Personál ochotný, poloha skvělá.
Velmi čistý apartmán, prostorný, skvělá a tichá klimatizace.
Pokud něco potřebujete, stačí zavolat a hned vyřešeno.
Nakonec jsme zůstali i déle, než bylo původně v plánu.
Pokud cestujete delší dobu jako my, rozhodně oceníte pračku. I prací prášek je k dispozici. Velká terasa se sušákem také nechybí.
