Gastvrij, schoon en luxe verblijf.
Pros:

Goede ligging. Personeel spreekt ook redelijk goed Engels. Staf was behulpzaam en gastvrij, alles wat schoon, ook de sauna’s en badkamer. Je hoefde maar een belletje te geven en het wat geregeld. Aardig personeel en mooie sky-bar.

Стильные свежие номера, хорошая уборка, продуманный дизайн, очень удобная и большая кровать. Вежливый персонал, никаких проблем не возникло. Адекватный завтрак.

A new hotel. Very comfortable as all other Ramada hotels.

Cons:

The light in the fridge (which has a glass door) was turned on during the night, and I couldn't find how to turn it off.

The window in this hotel was closed completely (there was an issue), and since the air condotioner was only in heating mode, the room was very hot. It took me 4 rounds of goint to the reception till the problem was fixed (the problem was not only in the personnel, but in the language barrier also affected).

Однозначно рекомендую! Бо підходить ( що тут рідкість) для перебування з дітьми
Pros:

Все дуже сподобалось: від зустрічі до номерів, сніданків, кухні в ресторані і навіть паркування авто
В Туреччині не легко знайти такого рівня готель, де було б комфортно не тільки дорослим, а й дітям
Однозначно рекомендую!

Cons:

Єдине, що можна відмітити - це ніяк не могла розібратись з клімат-контролем ( впевнена, що якби звернулась за допомогою, все було б вирішено)
Як на мене - затепло в номерах
Але то субʼєктивна і точно те, що можна налагодити))
Тож ніяких нарікань

Always consistent quality
Pros:

I love Ramada chain in general, and this one was no exception. Very good beds, pillows, large windows and blackout curtains to help your uninterrupted sleep, good toiletries (loved the shampoo and conditioner), and very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and restaurant on the 7th floor also had tasty options.
