From the moment we arrived, the welcoming front desk staff set the tone for an exceptional stay. The customer service was truly tip top; caring, phenomenal, informative, receptive, and genuinely warm. The woman who checked my daughter and me in was incredibly kind, professional, and sweet, making us feel instantly at ease.

The rooms were superb; spotless, beautifully maintained, and with excellent air quality. The cleanliness was absolutely on point, so major kudos to the maintenance and housekeeping team! The ambiance of the entire property gave us a true “home away from home” feeling, which made our stay even more special.

This place is also perfect for families. We loved the business and recreation areas, and after a full day, we enjoyed an amazing night’s sleep; comfortable pillows, cozy sheets, and peaceful quiet.

The location is unbeatable, too. Everything you could need is nearby, from Publix to fantastic restaurants. Roost is definitely at the top of our list, and if I lived in Tampa, this would absolutely be my home.
