Pros:

Good location around few minutes walk from Hakodate station and just cross the road to the morning market. The room is very cozy and lovely especially the 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the duplex layout design. It provided a proper facility and especially clean and relaxing pajamas. The staff was vey nice and gave me a convenient check-in and out.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for us 5 people family but it's ok for well-managed space utilizing.

Great location. Comfortable, large room. Very clean.
Pros:

Great location one block from morning fish market and a few blocks from the train station. Very comfortable beds, and great layout of room. Very comfortable for 3 adults and one teenager. Very clean. Room was a great size and well laid out -- more larger than most Japanese rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast was underwhelming. Would not pay for it again.

Pros:

I love that the property was HUGE! Finally, a room in Japan where we could fit two luggages wide open on the floor and still have enough room to walk around. I also love that parking was free, saved a lot of money. Property was also centrally located - a stone’ throw away to the famous market.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly
