Friendly service with nice views and friendly staff like Hassan. Very flexible on early checkin etc. Nice arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The pool was nice. The hotel was also very quiet which is nice and even tho on the other side of the bikini beach, it was only 5mins walk as it was a small nice island. The breakfast was nice even tho not many choices.
There was no warm water in my room. I did mention it and unfortunately they were not able to fix it. The room has nice tech features but sadly not all were working (I.e. automatic curtains which I had to stand on a chair to open and close manually). You could see the effects of the constant sun and passage of time on the hotel. There were finishes that were peeling from the wall etc. The dinner was not worth it. Almost no choices and the chicken was not really the best, breakfast was good even without the many choices.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can honestly recommend it.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained – our room was spotless and the common areas were always tidy.
The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful at all times. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable.
We felt comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of during our stay.
Thank you to the whole team for the great service and warm hospitality – we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

Еда невкусная, стройка везде абсолютно! Вид из окна ужасен из-за стройки. Никакого спортивного зала нет! Это ужасно - врать! На улице стоят ржавые не работающие тренажеры!
Staff were best part of property.
Hot water in room was rust-red, curtains broken, room dilapidated and outdated. So bad that we were changed to another hotel almost immediately. However, I did waste about 4 hours of our time there due to this which I won’t get back. We were not offered any compensation or remuneration for all the issues we had, only an “upgrade” to the adjacent hotel which was one star less than the Swarm and lacked front desk service.
Was informed renovations are coming, but that doesn’t help me.

I am hoping the new management puts care into revitalising this property as it has a lot of potential. I will note that the staff there were responsive, accommodating, and open to suggestions for guest activities. Everyone was doing their best and I believe the new owners of Hawkes want to improve things as they are native to Kamadhoo and take pride in their business. Mr. Hassan, if you see this, your online booking portal didn’t work for us and I would love to connect to help build it out for you with my software team!
Would be 9/10 if above issues are resolved.

They need to do something about the sound proofing of the room facing the harbour, breakfast was a bit poor for such a nice hotel

En general teniamos que sacarles la información a base de preguntas, como los servicios que ofrecian y las excusiones disponibles. El primer día nos cambiaron de habitación porque la que habiamos reservado era de una categoria inferior a la que nos habían dado. Nos metieron mucha prisa para hacer el cambio porque los otros clientes estaban esperando. La comunicación por parte del con el hotel fue mala. Solo tiene una escalera de acceso y no está protegida contra el fuego. En caso de incendio en una planta inferior no hay forma de evacuar las plantas superiores. El hotel tiene 7 plantas. En la isla hay mejores opciones de alojamiento a un precio inferior.

Toda a equipe é fantástica, não mede esforços para proporcionar o melhor bem estar aos hóspedes.
A alimentação é insuficiente sem sabor e a demora em repor também precisa ser melhorada. Passeios com mergulho também precisam ser incluídos/ melhorados, imagine ir para as Maldivas e não oferecerem mergulhos? Saí 5 dias antes somente para poder fazer mergulho em Hulhumale.

excursions are relatively cheap and a lot of fun. The overall experience is quite amazing.
Food in the hotel was okay, worse than the local restaurants ( BRING CASH).
Just an incredible hidden gem for a honeymoon destination. We loved every bit of it. Perfect for us and the people were so nice! The panoramic views for the penthouse was impeccable.
