The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our 14-day stay. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the chef, who was very accommodating and prepared special meals for us on several occasions when we requested them. We genuinely appreciated the hospitality and personal attention from the team, and these were definitely the strongest parts of our stay.
Considering the hotel was quite expensive, there were several areas that did not meet our expectations. Although the hotel had a large menu of around four or five pages, most of the time only two or three dishes were actually available. There were also a lot of flies around the dining area, which personally made the environment feel unhygienic.
One evening, the electricity went off for approximately four hours and there did not appear to be an adequate backup generator. As our room had no balcony or window that could be opened, it became extremely hot without air conditioning, to the point where we had to lie on the floor for some time. There was also no running water in the bathroom during this period.
The room was advertised on Booking.com as soundproof, but in our experience it was not soundproof at all and we could clearly hear outside noise. The Wi-Fi was also advertised as high-speed, but it was extremely slow and at times felt similar to using an old 3G mobile connection.
We understand that issues such as bad weather and unexpected power cuts can be outside the hotel's control. However, considering the price we paid, we expected better infrastructure, reliable basic facilities and advertised features that accurately reflected what was actually provided.
You know, I haven't had much privacy in the last twenty years and it was a really wonderful vacation for me.I had a great sleep, they have very comfortable beds.
Before that I wrote that the TV didn't work for the first two days, but who really needs a TV with such beautiful girls 😁

Beim Buffet gab es kaum Obst, und ich hatte das Gefühl, die Gerichte hätten sich oft wiederholt.

Special thanks to Ronnie, chef and personnel that helped me when I was severly sick for 2 days. They took so good care for me helping me get meds and prepare my food according to my dietary requirements. I also stayed at the Nest hotel for 2 nights and were so generous to upgrade me to a better room!

Amazing room - spacious and comfy bed
To be honest I didn’t like the hotel , before booking I requested reservation team to send me pictures of the hotel based on that I booked and paid , but once I reached the location I was disappointed as it’s not matching the pictures, so you have to change the pictures on your website as you are deceiving client by that pictures and it’s overpriced for that condition

L’accueil est excellent , la chambre ( suite ) est magnifique ! Le personnel est tres à l’écoute . L’île est très jolie et paisible avec sa nature ses plages et ses habitants authentique
La qualité de goût de certain produit ( pas tous ) notamment les jus, le café n’est pas d’une grande qualité . Mais ces remarques me semblent plutôt supportables par rapport au rapport qualité prix de l’hôtel et des lieux .

Ужасный запах канализации в номере, запах бензина на улице, так как рядом стоит заправка. Шум от животных в потолке ночью. Воду не приносили. Многие вещи в номере сломаны. Грязные полотенца. Несколько лампочек не светилось. Ужасная еда и порой ее отсутствие, очереди в столовой.
Hotel is breaking apart. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Had a cockroach in my room, holes in the wall and bathtub. Had to change rooms but still lacking comfort. WiFi was amazing. Island is amazing but you’re close to the dock and hear construction. Food is probably the worst I’ve seen ever. And I’ve seen a lot! Staff is very nice.

Plenty of staff but they seem out of place. Nobody knows what to do. They are very nice though.
Friendly service with nice views and friendly staff like Hassan. Very flexible on early checkin etc. Nice arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The pool was nice. The hotel was also very quiet which is nice and even tho on the other side of the bikini beach, it was only 5mins walk as it was a small nice island. The breakfast was nice even tho not many choices.
There was no warm water in my room. I did mention it and unfortunately they were not able to fix it. The room has nice tech features but sadly not all were working (I.e. automatic curtains which I had to stand on a chair to open and close manually). You could see the effects of the constant sun and passage of time on the hotel. There were finishes that were peeling from the wall etc. The dinner was not worth it. Almost no choices and the chicken was not really the best, breakfast was good even without the many choices.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can honestly recommend it.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained – our room was spotless and the common areas were always tidy.
The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful at all times. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable.
We felt comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of during our stay.
Thank you to the whole team for the great service and warm hospitality – we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!
