Pros:

i had a bad experience and would never go back there

Cons:

the room, the overall facilities, the problems they had with both my reservations, how difficult it was to solve anything and how i kept being asked to return to reception to get things fixed that never got fixed. it felt like the staff had a nasty boss.

Pros:

not much. the bed is good, but everything else has not been good at all.

Cons:

they messed up my breakfasts and didn’t give me a refund - even the one they said they would refund they only partially refunded. huge communication problems between staff who was supposed to hand down my issue to the next staff and never did, asked for help from booking and took forever to resolve. asked for a room clean and the garbage can was left full. no bigger garbage in my floor where i can empty it - had to take it on the elevator a couple of times. the internet is not working in my room.

Enkel shutters aanwezig dus het werd vroeg licht.

Pros:

Это хорошо расположенный хостел с отдельными номерами. Окна выходили на дорогу, но шума совсем не слышно - отличная звукоизоляция.

Cons:

В номере не было никакого столика, чтобы можно было положить мелкие вещи. Нет шкафа или полок, только несколько вешалок. Подушки были слишком жёсткие.
