Première nuit avec mon fils de 2 mois à l’hôtel Radisson de Malo les bains. L’ensemble du personnel était très avenant. La jeune femme au bar m’a proposé un cocktail personnalisé selon mes envies. Room service du restaurant l’opale le soir délicieux de même pour le petit déjeuner du matin.
Deux petits bémol, la carte du bar en scannant le qr code de ma chambre n’était pas à jour. Mon téléphone et la télécommande de la télévision fonctionnaient une fois sur deux. Mais ce sont des détails.

Hôtel très bien placé. Chambre très bien moderne et bien équipée. Équipe aux petits soins pour nous. Nombreux services qui nous ont permis de nous reposer et bien profiter de nos vacances.

Pros:

Accueil désagréable, hôtel « usine » sans aucune personnalisation. Seul le personnel du restaurant est agréable et souriant, ce qui compense la qualité des plats. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une douche très agréable. Mais pas de mini-bar/frigo et pas d’eau. Mauvaise expérience
