Great place to be relaxed.
Pros:

Perfect hotel for adults, clean and comfortable. Facilities are well maintained. Great location in front of the beach.

Cons:

Good restaurant but long wait to be served.

Top Anlage direkt am Strand
Pros:

Tolle Zimmer, es lohnt sich ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meersicht zu nehmen. Gym ist top, Essen gut. Es hat einen Kühlschrank und Küche und man kann sich die lebensmittel via Instagopher ins Hotel liefern lassen - top. Personal war sehr freundlich. Man kann zu Fuss ins Baha Mar laufen wo es Casinos und Restaurants hat.

Cons:

Leute reservieren am morgen früh bereits Liegen am Pool und am Strand und kommen dann für Stunden nicht. Da müsste das Personal was machen. Die Kaffebar/ Pianobar ist sehr laut und auf unserer Hotelseite hat man das gut gehört. Für Leute die früh ins Bett wollen eher ungünstig.

A home away from home.
Pros:

The staff and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The restaurants were overpriced. You did not get much for your money.

La struttura è bella e anche la posizione è buona però personalmente ho avuto una brutta esperienza con la mia stanza. Intanto ho ordinato una vista mare e mi hanno dato una a piano terra sulla piscina. La stanza 105 per la precisione. La notte ho avuto prurito, la mattina mi sono svegliato ed avevo ai piedi e parte bassa delle gambe tutte punture. Sono stato in farmacia e mi ha detto che erano acari e mi ha dato pomata e antistaminico. Ho fatto presente alla reception ed è venuta la manager in stanza, hanno cambiato lenzuola e dato uma pulita. La seconda motte ho avuto altre punture e ho dovuto dormirei vestito. Per me era il tappeto. A piano terra c'è puzza di umidità. Allego foto della mia gamba

We enjoyed the stay. Only disappointed with the beach and food.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location and seclusion of the property. The room was nice and cozy.

Cons:

Two things stood out:
1. The GoldWynn was the only beach along the shoreline that did not manage the seaweed daily manning the beach unattractive.

2. A better menu variety would be good. The restaurant, room service, and pool area all serve the same food. We had Chinese and Mexican food delivered on two occasions.

Cons:

No hospitality carrying our own bags in as well as asking for things to be brought upstairs and refused

No phone chargers near the bed

Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Location was great for us, lovely quiet hotel beach with beds, umbrellas and lots of towels readily available.
Rooms were really spacious with super comfy beds/pillows. Nice clean bedding, changed regularly.
Really friendly reception staff on arrival, good restaurant for breakfast & dinner and a lovely bar by the beach for light food & drinks, all the food & beverage staff were lovely.
Hotel looked really festive on arrival as well with nice Christmas songs playing, greeted with a glass of Prosecco.

Cons:

The only observation from our party was that the lobby, restaurant and ground floor coffee shop area was very cold all the time (Aircon) which put us off going to sit and listen to the entertainment at night.

A perfect hotel for a small escape
Pros:

It is a relatively small hotel compared with the giant hotels in the island. The facilities are excellent as well as the beach. The food at the restaurant was perfect as well as the breakfast.

The staff although very polite not always very willing to serve
