Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in the beds. My family and I were bitten several times during the night, and we found and killed three bed bugs in our room. We took photos of the insects and the bite marks and reported the issue immediately to Booking.com.

Due to this serious hygiene problem, we had no choice but to leave the hotel to protect our family’s health.

I strongly recommend that the hotel thoroughly inspect and treat all rooms before accepting new guests. I also advise future travelers to carefully check their rooms upon arrival. I hope no other guest has to experience what we went through.

Je recommande cet établissement Et met en avant le côté humain du personnel.
Pros:

L’établissement est bien placé , proche de tout , et surtout des moyens de transport.
Personnel accueillants, à l’écoute.
Le monsieur de l’accueil est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle , il répond présent à toute questions ou problèmes.
L’agent de ménage elle aussi est d’une gentillesse , douce , à l’écoute.
Le patron et sa famille , se tiennes aussi présent si y’a un problème , à l’écoute , aide si besoin.

Супер е за цената си, леглата са удобни персонала беше отзивчив локацията е добре има всичко наблизо и е близо до повечето забележителности. Има хладилник , кана за вода , също както и климатик който работи. Бихме посетили отново.

Cons:

Има нужда от леки подобрения, като по добро почистване на банята, липсваха завивки имаше само шалте с което да се завиваме. Консумативите не са достатъчни ( няма чай и кафе ) само кана, както и чехли. Липсват контакти в стаята има само 1 бр. Въпреки тези неща все пак цената и качеството е окей и бихме посетили отново.

Great value in convenient and non touristy neighborhood
Pros:

This is a really great value in Istanbul it's in a nice neighborhood, with tons of shops and restaurants around, everything you need - but not too touristy! Still close to all the main sights of the old city but it feels like a more real working neighborhood. The staff was really friendly thank you to Karan the front desk staff for being such a nice host!

Cons:

This place is a great value the room may be a little small/ cozy for 2 people but i the bed is a good size.

Было ужасно грязно,были просто везде волосы,пучок волос на отоплении,на полу,на тумбочке,где их только не было.Большие пятна на полу,душ вообще не чистили Запах был ужасный.Матрас был весь в пятнах.Мне сказала что я это всё придумала,что волос там не было,Хотя как зашла в номер через 2 минуты вышла ,как и зашла с номера и ушла искать другой отель.Искали очень долго и наконец нашли очень чистый отель и остались очень довольны.Конечно по цене был намного дороже,но он этого стоило.
