Pros:

The hotel is nice, friendly staff always ready to help. Good breakfast, a lot of options. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Room was comfortable even for a long stay.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were very courtesy and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was large.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic, with relatively few options.
We had to request room cleaning every morning; onve the they forgot to tidy up and clean, and we had to ask three times duding the day/ The cleaning was passable, though it was evident the room wasn't vacuumed during our stay, and coffee cups weren't replaced (we had to ask for that).

Расселила туда родителей но была в гостях, если буду в Батуми обязательно себе возьму этот отель. У них были две широкие

Прекрасное место расположение , хороший завтрак , очень удобные широкие кровати, приятный персонал, каждый день уборка

Отвратительные вонючие номера

Ничего, как заехала так сразу и выехала

Не верьте фото, номера ужасные, там воняет старостью и тухлостью, возможно из-за супер грязного ковра, который никогда не чистили, на него страшно босиком наступать! вся мебель старая, кондиционер работает ну очень слабо. Я как заехала, так сразу и выехала, потому что оставаться даже бесплатно не готова в таком. На ресепшене без эмоциональные девушки сидят, которые ни бе ни ме ни на русском, ни на Английском, проблему постарался решить только менеджер, он молодец, за попытки, но к сожалению в этих номерах ничего не исправишь простым освежителем воздуха и клинингом. Вы должны были сделать генеральный клининг до того как люди заезжают. Кстати вид на море не спасает, внизу какие то стремные старые дома
