Cleanless - from the first night didnt clean my room, floor was dirty all the time. Just changed towels (two times I asked by my self).

Great location and pretty property
Pros:

The location and public areas are very nice. The room was on the small side, but had a nice balcony. The bathroom was nice.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Walkable to beach. The internet is fast. Breakfast is really great with multiple options and flexible till 11am. The room size is great. Staff at front desk is really courteous. Batumi Dolphinarium is 5 min walk away. McDonald is also walkable form hotel. Ali-Nino monument is easily 30-45 min walk. Overall an amazing place to stay.
