Location, cleaning room, service, everyday they put 2 bottles of water , tea, nesscafee
Room 704 without closet, not every time they clean the cups and even sometimes they took the cups and didn't turn back
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you might need and wonderful views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy) The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions✨ This is not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere.
In general quite nice hotel, the location is pretty far from old town, nothing much to do around here. Sea is very close - thats a +. A lot of construction works happening around. But the taxis are cheap and you can get easily around Batumi. The admin staff was very nice and hospitable.
Everything is clean and pretty new. The bed and pillows was cozy. Bathroom clean and towels white and clean. I had a balcony on quiter street, so dont know how about other rooms.
The breakfast was very poor. No juice, no local bread, no local food :( hachapuri would be lovely to have for breakfast. Coffe (from machine) also not included in the price. And even then it tasted quite bad - but you can hardly find nice coffee in Georgia, except special coffee places.
