I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Cygnet. The overall service was excellent, and the team was very professional, polite, and attentive.
A special thanks to Anjali, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her friendly attitude, prompt service, and attention to detail truly made a difference. She handled everything with a smile and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout.
The hotel ambiance was pleasant, rooms were clean, and everything was well managed. I would definitely recommend Hotel Cygnet to others and look forward to visiting again.

Overall stay was comfortable, they are courteous, senior male staff or older male employees handling food and serving etc are not courteous enough to handle guest request in polite manner or provide resolutions to the issues.... Female staff, in particular Gitika was the highlight out of all, she takes care of guests and their requests, handles all concerns immediately and carries the positive aura which is missing in all most other employees may be, and that is coming natural to her... Complimentary food which get in your package, other than Gitika, amy be rest of the staff thinks that it is being eaten for free, and lack the proper courtesy during lunch time, may be lesser guests takes lunch and hence the lineancy reflects in the discipline during noon hours.

I visited there with my Family. I have booked two club rooms. GM Rajiv ji has upgraded my both the rooms to Deluxe suite category. Room was so spacious and luxury. The best part is Rajiv ji really knows how to make Customer experience best. I must say he is perfect in his job. I also wanna thanks to Rinku who was there for my family everytime we need. If you guys are planning to visit jaipur you must booked this property for sure.
