This is one of the best hotels in Jaipur. Staff is amazing and very friendly. They assured that our stay here was pleasant. Their food in breakfast was excellent!!

We had a wonderful experience here at this hotel. Mr Sanjay Singh was awesome host in the breakfast section and offered full service. Rooms, beds, bathrooms were really clean and furnished very nicely. Bhagwan I Singh is restaurant manager and he is very polite and he understands English well. He took care of my kids and mom in law really well.

Recently I went to jaipur.had a wonderful evening at the hotel cgynnet. the hotel has a great vibe . food was very tasty & yammmi. Room was neet &clean . All over is very good mostly thanks mr Amit Kumar very attentive person

I checked into Cygnett Park BL - Jaipur (सिगनेट पार्क बीएल - जयपुर) yesterday for a 2‑day stay and had a very bad experience. Today, while I was out sightseeing, hotel staff accessed my room using a master key without any prior intimation, and during this time my room was checked and some of my belongings appeared to have been used. When I confronted the hotel manager, he claimed this was allowed as per the hotel’s terms and conditions, but he was unable to show me any written policy stating that staff can enter an occupied room in the guest’s absence using a master key. This is a serious safety concern, as important documents or valuables could be stolen while the hotel refuses to accept responsibility, even though they are accessing rooms when guests are not present.
