100点まではいかないが、普通に良かったと思います。
Pros:

洗濯機やアメニティーなどが揃っていた。ベッドや布団がふかふかで気持ちよかった。

Cons:

トースターの中が汚かった。おそらく前に宿泊した方のゴミが残っていたのだと思う。冷蔵庫の中も食べかすなど少し残っていました。

Pros:

Ce Rinn sur deux étages est particulièrement spacieux et la literie est très confortable. Il y a un bain chauffant à 42 degrés dans la salle de bain. Il y a une machine à laver, ce qui très pratique. Autour du Rinn, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants. Idéalement situé, proche de la gare Kyoto. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

We had a great stay, the apartment had perfect location and accompdated our family of 4.
Pros:

Very nice apartment with pa perfect location. Close to everything but still away from the crowds. Nice and quiet area. Comfortable beds

Cons:

There was a smell that I personally did not like, but i got used to it after a while.

It’s a beautiful building with a small garden. Very convenient location.

Cons:

It’s a struggle that the toilet is upstairs, but you need to go downstairs to wash your hands, because the bathroom is downstairs. Especially if you are staying more than 2 people. There was a really heavy oily food fan smell coming from outside during the day. We had the windows open so it filled the whole floor. Also, it would be good if you could change the used cups as there is no kitchen sink in the building.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this for a couple or group of 4 max just mindful of how lunch luggage

It was cosy and comfortable. Loved the Japanese style living with the garden view and lighting. It felt very secure and we felt easy when walking around the area. All amenities were there and

Cons:

It was perhaps a little too small for our group. Wouldn't recommend if you have lots of luggage. Also 1 toilet is not convenient for a big group. The sink to wash your hands is connected to the toilet, at first it felt weird but then after you get used to it. Cleaning is completed once throughout the stay and this only includes towels and amenities. Usually you expect a full clean I guess this was a little disappointing.

Pros:

Great location. Good size friendly staff. Good shower.

Cons:

No comfortable chairs: but I suppose that’s the design of the traditional Japanese way without a sofa. As previous reviews mentioned sound travels easily from neighbouring rooms, but were warned about this. Slightly annoying that we weren’t provided with a kitchen sink and facilities to clean cups and cutlery: had to ask and then use bathroom sink.

Good location but quite small.
Pros:

Location was great. It was clean and presentable. Washing machine was a bonus.

Cons:

It was a bit tight for a family of 4. Beds were Japanese style (which I didn’t realise when booking).
Quite noisy from neighbours. Quite pricey for the size.
