Perfect one-night family stop in Pamukkale
Pros:

Very well located near Hierapolis and the travertines. Nice large pools. And exceptional staff! So nice and helpful!

Cons:

The rooms are very basic. The family room is excellent in terms of space, but no furniture in the room.
Good for a one-night stay.

Ft bun si diversificat micul dejun pe partea de branzeturi / salate

Good value for money and worth what you pay.

Cons:

We had to ask for towels twice, the WiFi was inconsistent. The neighbours in the property next door were quite loud on the first night. Sound proofing between rooms is also not great. Otherwise fine for 2 nights - great value for money.

The resort is super run down, almost to the point of falling apart. To some degree one needs to assess these places in a relative sense, but simple things like a clean and properly appointed room should be non-negotiable. We had many issues, the WIFI is very poor, we needed to ask for more towels, our sheets appeared not to have been changed, and we even asked for a vacuum to vacuum the room properly as we found someone elses hairs all over our pillows and bed. Pretty gross. The toilet seat was broken and mould all through the grout in bathroom. Beds old and creaky. Towels and sheets look easily 10 years old. Smoke detector in the bedrooms flashes every 15 seconds all night. lights make a buzzing noise. Just really run down. There is a 'waterpark' area with 2 slides, this was a big reason for us booking, but it was out of service - nothing on the listing indicating this though. The breakfast spread was ok for the area I imagine, but again lots of corner cutting. I hope they can pull through and lift the place with some more TLC.

Staff friendly, especially Ali, very helpful and kind
Decent hotel, 3 star, for the price, it's not that bad
Nothing much to do in pammukale, we enjoyed hot springs in kierhiyet

I believe Anya hotel is busy with hot springs, that would up the game, good luck to them.

Cons:

They don't do proper coffee at breakfast, even with coffee machine, this is a big issue for me
They only do Instant coffee in sachets
Breakfast is OK but bit same same every day, but still decent

Unfortunately, slides not working, weather also not too good, but that I can't blame hotel

The rooms need updating, but it's OK for price

The bathroom don't have rack to put shower gel etc, hsve to leave on the floor
