Great location with great staff
Pros:

The location is great for getting to the terraces. Staff were very attentive to your needs and provided free water to take out with us. They couldn’t have done more for you.

Prima locatie op loopafstand van het (verlaten) dorpje. Behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt, fijn zwembad.

Cons:

Schoonmaak kan beter. Bij het diner zetten ze alles in 1x op tafel. Hier konden wij wel om lachen maar het is natuurlijk niet hoe het hoort.

La atención del personal fue muy amable. Especialmente las señoritas de recepción nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Rapidas en responder consultas. Personal del hotel nos ayudaron en la organización de un tour que superó nuestras expectativas. Felicitaciones.

Great location, great service, fantastic dinner at a great value. Friendly staff
Pros:

The set up of the hotel was great. Beautiful lobby and outdoor dining and pool area. The staff could not have been nicer. Rooms were ample and had all we needed. We were within spitting distance of the springs.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms the shower head didn't move. Other than that, all was great.

Perfect one-night family stop in Pamukkale
Pros:

Very well located near Hierapolis and the travertines. Nice large pools. And exceptional staff! So nice and helpful!

Cons:

The rooms are very basic. The family room is excellent in terms of space, but no furniture in the room.
Good for a one-night stay.

Locatia ft buna/ conditiile de cazare ft bune bune
Pesonalul exceptional / toti tinerii de la receptie de nota 10 - raspund la orice solicitare
Ft bun si diversificat micul dejun pe partea de branzeturi / salate

Cons:

cafeaua de la mic dejun sa nu fie la plic
omleta / ar fi nevoie si de oua ochiuri
