Pros:

Die fantastische Lage. Das superfreundliche Personal. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend. Es wurde sogar extra die Wasserrutsche aktiviert, damit unser Kind rutschen konnte. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte es mir Auswahl geben. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach und die Betten sehr hart.

Good Location and Value
Pros:

Overall good, specially for the location. The rooms are basic but are big and have all the essentials. The staff was welcoming and helpful with luggage and local recommendations, and the hotel offers fair value for money. Breakfast had plenty of options, mostly traditional Turkish-style dishes.

Cons:

The property could benefit from some refurbishment. Several pool loungers were broken, and there was visible rust on the railings near the slides. There was also a loose bolt on the pool stairs, which could be dangerous for guests. In addition, the hotel should improve the quality of the bed sheets and pillows and fix the low toilet flush pressure.

Bellissimo hotel con piscine, camere spaziose e moderne, personale gentile, posizione comoda per visitare Pamukkale.

Cons:

Manca l'ascensore ma il personale gentilissimo si occupa di portare i bagagli in stanza.

Proximité avec LE LIEU à visiter au top et personnel très gentil en particulier le jeune au bar vraiment adorable

Le mobilier s’usent et n’est pas renouvelé
Pas d’accès à internet sur la télé Netflix YouTube
Peut être mette des tables ou chaise à proximité des jeux enfants pour les parents
Avoir des chiens c’est mignon mais en cage dehors comme ça c’est vraiment limite pour la traite des chiens en plus il y a l’odeur juste à côté des jeux enfants aucun jeu pour les chiens juste des cages

Grand lit mais pas de draps du dessous adapté et un peu pelucheux
Le personnel rentre dans ta chambre malgré ta présence et sans taper peut être réfléchir à un fonctionnement pour éviter ça .

Not worth the money
Pros:

I don’t like the hotel that don’t have an elevator that I have to lift all my suitcases to 3rd floor

Cons:

The price is like a four star but the hotel is like a 2 star hotel
There is no enough shower gal and I had to buy my own but with the same price somewhere else, it is not complimentary provided
Wifi is terrible not working

Отличное расположение, рядом с травертинами, учитывая что в принципе сам поселок маленький и особо ходить и ездить там не приходилось, но все же.
Сам по себе отель в хорошем состоянии, персонал дружелюбный, при выезде нас угостили турецким кофе :)
Территория уютная, есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Everything was amazing
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. The pool looked lovely though we couldn’t use it. It was a little cold and the front staff was amazing specially Yesim, Can, & Eehnaz - they helped me rent a car help with local recommendations. Just absolutely outstanding.!
I would definitely stay here again!!

Very kind staff, super helpful and available. We could do a late check out for free and the quality/price ratio was very good. Location too very close to the touristic attractions.
