A única coisa que me deixou um pouco irritada foi o facto de que eu falei com o recepcionista para poder saber sobre o táxi e ele me disse que seriam 10 euros e depois eu tive que pagar 15 euros e já tinha pagado 6 euros achando que seria do táxi e o recepcionista não conseguiu explicar, mas tirando isso foi muito confortável

Ottimo soggiorno a Catania
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al 20 Miglia Albergo Diffuso per una notte e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. Tutto lo staff, dalla reception al servizio colazione, è stato impeccabile: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
La stanza era comoda, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta da un hotel, oltre a essere pulitissima e ben curata. Anche la colazione è stata squisita, varia e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.
La posizione è un grande punto di forza: la struttura si trova infatti a due passi da via Etnea, in una zona comodissima per visitare Catania. L’area circostante è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione, ma questo non ha influito negativamente sul soggiorno; anzi, sono certa che al mio prossimo ritorno troverò tutto ancora più bello e valorizzato.
Se dovessi tornare a Catania, sceglierei senza dubbio nuovamente questa struttura. Consigliatissima!

Für eine Nacht eine gute Wahl, ansonsten würde ich empfehlen eher im Zentrum vom Catania zu wohnen
Pros:

Das Hotel muss vor gar nicht so langer Zeit mit viel Aufwand sehr schön saniert worden sein.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung wirkte nicht besonders gut gepflegt. Das Viertel ist etwas heruntergekommen, wenn der Park gegenüber mal fertig ist, ist es vielleicht ein wenig aufgewertet dort.

Adequate for a 2 night stay. But a bit of a walk to the piazza del Duomo and other attractions.
Pros:

The property looked very modern from the outside. Nice shower and bathroom.

Cons:

The view from our room wasn’t nice. Looking at the rear of other houses and a ladder going up to the roof. Disappointed!

I servizi sono a mio avviso migliorabili: in camera spesso non c'era l'acqua calda (in effetti mai nelle ore di punta), per la colazione al mattino mancavano bicchieri e posate (risposta: sono in lavastoviglie ...), in reception c'era una sola persona che faceva anche da barista, per cui quando doveva assentarsi non si poteva entrare in hotel ...

Le bâtiment est bien mais pas le quartier

L'intérieur de l'hôtel est sympa, dommage qu'il n'y avait pratiquement rien dans le bar de la réception

Cons:

Quartier pas terrible. pour aller au restaurent recommandé par l'hôtel, nous avons traversé des rues avec des points de deal, et des prostituées !!!
L'hôtel n'est pas équipé de place de parking. Le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'on pouvait stationner devant jusqu'à 9h00, mais nous avons été verbalisés à 8h30 !!!!
