I would like to give less than 1 star rating for the applaing experience of dealing with Holidayzer.
Pros:

There was nothing to like because the agent only provided half the acommodation we paid for. We booked and paid for a 4 bedroom apartment that the agent did not supply. This left 4 adults with no accomodation so we had to find and pay for alternative accomodation because it took 3 days to reach the agent.

Cons:

The agent, Holidayzer did not respond to my repeated phone calls and messages. After several Whatsapp mesages and 3 days later, the agent offered a 3 bedroom apartment. We had already made other arrangements by then and explained that their offer was 1 bedroom too small and 3 days too late!

Pros:

Pokój zamykany na kłódke co dawało odrobinę bezpieczeństwa. Ciepła woda.

Cons:

Pokój który zarezerwowałem był zajęty. Długa interwencja sprawiła że jakiś pokój się pojawił. W nocy strach wychodzić bo odbywała się glisna libacja w kuchni

Pros:

I didn't like anything, everything was bad !

Cons:

There was no key in the key-box! The room wasn't free! No other room available, the lady on the phone told me to find a room elsewhere and that she wouldn't help me!!! Disaster! No more!

הכל היה נוראי!

לא להתקרב למקום הזה!
הדירות ממוקמות באזור לא סימפטי!
מתחת לבנין יושבים אנשים מסוממים ומפחידים.
הזמנו 2 חדרים
הגענו ב 12 בלילה
המעלית לא עבדה
ועלינו 3 קומות עם מזוודות במדרגות.
מפתחות לחדרים- בכספת לחדר אחד לא היה מפתח ובחדר השתלטו דיירים אחרים!
הכספת לחדר השני לא נפתחה.
הקשר עם איש הקשר היה בוואטצאפ בלבד.
הפנו אותנו לחדר נוסף שגם שם לא היה מפתח ובדירה היו אנשים.
במשך שעה שלימה היינו צריכים לדווח לבעל המקום על הבעיות והוא מצידו רק אמר שידווח לרשויות.
הרגשנו בסכנה ולכן נאלצנו לצאת משם.
העדפנו להעביר את הלילה ברחוב מאשר במקום הזה.
המקום לא ראוי ללינה בהזמנות מבוקינג.
חוייבנו במחיר מלא!
למרות שביקשנו לקבל החזר מלא .
פנינו לשרות לקוחות בוקינג לעזרה אך הוא הפנה אותנו שוב לבעל המקום שסירב.
החוויה הייתה נוראית.
