It was pretty good.
Pros:

The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and the location was amazing. The room was clean and a good size. The public areas of the hotel were clean and inviting. Prking was easy and free. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was that we paid an extra $40 for a beach view and the only way to actually see the beach was to work really hard at it while you were on the balcony. The view was actually several other balconies and the hotel exterior walls. I was not happy with the extra money charged to not have an actual view of the ocean.

Never going back. And not using booking ever again because I don’t trust you now.

Cons:

It was dirty, staff was lazy, smelled so bad of cleaner the first night. One of the elevators was broken the whole Time. So there was long waits to go upstairs. And I booked an ocean view and didn’t get one because booking basically lied.

Pros:

The balcony view was beautiful, the breakfast was great

Cons:

One of two elevators was out of service our entire stay, when I found someone that spoke English he said it has been down for over two weeks. The line was long waiting to go up or going down. This is unacceptable for a location that has two hotels out of one location. No compensation was offered.

Great relaxing vacation
Pros:

The breakfast options were great! So happy that the hotel offered oatmeal. Loved the view from my hotel room to see beautiful sunrises each morning. Loved that I was able to just walk across street to walk the beach searching for seashells.

Cons:

The only negative for the hotel was that there was only one elevator available. The other elevator was out of service.

Other than the sleeping arrangements , we had a very , very nice time
Pros:

I really like the location. I really liked having a balcony on our room and being able to see the ocean. Even though it was a partial view, it was fine. I really like the layouts of the property and the location.It was super nice

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the pillows Are very cheap. You wake up several times a night just because your pillow is flat.

Location was nice. Sorry I can’t say much more that was good. Just very disappointed with price vs my experience. Plus my rewards were not credited.

Cons:

There was only one working elevator for a large 5 story property. Staff said this was the case for most bee 2 weeks! Because the floors are not carpeted you hear EVERYTHING from rooms above at all hours. Sounded like they were going to come thru the ceiling. Jumping, running, rolling chairs across the floor. Everything dropping on the floor. The ice machine on my floor was broken. Phone in room did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Makeup smudges on the counter and door. Mattress was very lumpy. No advance warning that there was a charge per night for parking. Had to get an ice bucket from front desk. Why not put them in the rooms? They are just cheap plastic buckets.
