Pros:

Wirklich sehr nettes Personal, das Zimmer war auch super für uns und unsere zwei Hunde. Direkt in der Nähe ist außerdem die U-Bahn, sodass man sehr schnell in der Stadt ist. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Jestem zadwolona z pobytu.
Pros:

Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa. Pokój wygodny, z aneksem kuchennym, wyposażony w podstawowe naczynia i garnki. Ładnie i przytulnie zorganizowana część wspólna. Czyste korytarze. Możliwość skorzystania z darmowej kawy, herbaty, wody przez cały czas trwania pobytu.

A great place to stay at when in Hamburg
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great: a few hundred meters from the metro stop which is 2 stops away from the central train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection. I enjoyed that on the weekend, the breakfast was available until 11am. My room was spacious and comfortable. The free wifi had a good speed.

Cons:

While I was generally happy with the hotel, I would have two comments / suggestions.

It would be useful to have a bedside lamp which could be used if only a small amount of light is required. In my room the only choices were either to keep the ceiling light on or switch the one in the hall / bathroom on.

While the free wifi was fast, it required no password, and so was less safe than a password protected one. Luckily I had my VPN, so felt safe, but it could be useful to look into updating the wifi to password protected?

Rigtig fine faciliteter, venligt personale og god beliggenhed. Relativt tæt på metro U1, tilbagetrukket fra trafikeret vej, så man kan sagtens åbne vinduer.

ruhig, grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, gute Lage, Nähe U-Bahn

Cons:

Miete Fahrräder: zu teuer, Velos nicht in gutem Zustand..sollten besser gewartet werden, Bremsen!
