Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Hamburg
Pros:

Sehr schöne Wohneinheit. Alles was man für die Küche & Aufenthalt brauch. Sehr sauber und echt liebevoll eingerichtet. Vorallem die Aufenthaltsräume waren echt schön. Terrasse, Spielecke für Kinder, Co-Working Space, alles lud sehr zum verweilen ein. Das Hotel ist auch sehr neu und top isoliert, man hört praktisch nichts vom Flur, von außen und aus den Nachbarzimmern. Liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Wasserdruck etwas zu niedrig & bisschen zu kleine Kopfkissen.

Pros:

Мне очень понравился сам отель — отличный концепт апарт-отеля. Район очень спокойный, мы гуляли даже ночью и чувствовали себя безопасно. Есть парковка для машин. Рядом находятся две станции метро, до них примерно 10–12 минут пешком.

Интерьер красивый, атмосфера в отеле спокойная, персонал очень хороший и внимательный. В номере было всё необходимое для готовки: разные кастрюли, тарелки и кухонные принадлежности.

Cons:

Не очень удобная кровать. В номере не было тапочек. Расположение от аэропорта не самое удобное — приходится делать пересадку. Комната маленькая, но достаточно эргономичная.

Preis Leistung top.
Pros:

Schöne ruhige Lage. Nicht zu groß.
Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch gut. Klein aber fein, alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Küche war nicht geputzt. Fettfinger an den Schränken. Mikrowelle stank noch nach Essen und sehr dreckig von innen.

Great stay in a great hotel
Pros:

Everything was as expected. Apartment was clean, spatious, I didn't need it but it had fully functional kitchen, I had good sleep so both comfort bed and not loud during night, day and night curtains, I mean everything you would expect from a hotel. Everything was well communicated upfront. U bahn is very close, but they had a strike, so I went to S bahn, which is about 10-15min walk. There are also buses nearby. Local stores are also close, one of them was quite large with great selection of everything. And they have a corner market even closer. Wifi worked great, no problems whatsoever. I didn't take the breakfast because of my schedule, but it is always great to have it as an option. Some people mentioned that the cleaning is not daily - but it is also communicated upfront and you are told that you can always ask for towels if you need them. I had 4 towels in the room, and I stayed for 4 days, so I didn't even need that. Surely would visit again.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is a bit of a strange stance on early arrivals. As I said everything was communicated well and correctly upfront, but I found it strange that right away you are told that early arrivals are charged I think 40 eur (you can of course leave luggage for free). Usually, wherever I traveled, and I travel a lot, nobody made a hassle if they have an empty room. This was the first time that somebody wrote right away basically "forget about early arrival". This doesn't change my great stay in any way, even if I did arrive on a very early flight (I went and did a tour of the city), it's just that it was strange for me.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, die Miniküche ist mit Grundlegendem ausgestattet. Es gibt noch weiteres Küchenequipment wie zB Toaster zum Ausleihen. Im co-working und Frühstücksbereich stehen ganztags Kaffe, Tee und Wasser zur Verfügung. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, kamen jedem Wunsch nach. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, da das Hotel in einem Innenhof liegt. WiFi funktioniert auch gut, selbst zum arbeiten und für video calls. Man ist in nur 5-10 Minuten bei der Ubahn, die in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt fährt.
