Wir waren als Familie im Aparthotel am Mühlendamm und sehr zufrieden. Sauberes, modernes Zimmer, praktische Küche und ruhige Atmosphäre. Freundliches Personal und gute Lage mit guter Anbindung. Wir würden das Aparthotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers entsprach nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel erwartet, insbesondere unter den Betten war viel Staub.
Als ich mich an die Rezeption wandte und um die Reinigung des Zimmers bat, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dafür ein zusätzlicher Betrag zu zahlen sei, da die Zimmer nur alle 7 Tage gereinigt werden. Das fand ich sehr ungewöhnlich und nicht akzeptabel, da in Hotels die Zimmer normalerweise täglich gereinigt werden.
Ich hoffe, dass das Hotelmanagement die Sauberkeit und den Service für die Gäste in Zukunft verbessert, da diese Punkte einen großen Einfluss auf das Aufenthaltserlebnis haben.

Comfortable stay and good location to reach city center.
Pros:

Kind welcoming and helpful reception, comfortable and clean rooms and location. 2 railway stations are very close by a short walk. Room temperature was great although snow outside.

Lo que más me gustó es que hubiera una persona en recepción las 24h, cosa que hoy en día se ve cada vez menos. Por lo demás, era bonito, cómodo, y con el desayuno muy bueno,

Cons:

Por poner una pega, que no estaba taaaan al centro como me hubiera gustado, y que el apartamento estaba a 5-10 minutos andando del metro. Pero son aspectos menores, para mí en general es un 10, y recomiendo y repitiría de nuevo
