Pros:

Muy amplio y se ve igual que las fotos, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño

Cons:

Que no hacen el aseo en la habitación, el estacionamiento no tiene la capacidad suficiente y tienes que dejarlo afuera su llegas tarde

Ok place but horrible experience.
Pros:

Location was good enough. Property itself was good, but not maintained properly, you could feel that the ideas were great, but maintenance made everything look much worse than it was designed.

Cons:

Had bath on photos and description, that’s why we booked - in reality only shower. Only 2 big towels and one small for a family of 3. No knife, no pan, no kettle unless you ask and wait for it to brought the next day.

We booked 32 nights. After 2 nights at the evening we got a message that this company broke the contract with the building owner and we have to leave tomorrow. Booking support was useless and just brought more frustration instead of helping. We ended up packing multiple suitcases all evening and morning, finding new property to stay (not easy to find something for 29 nights starting tomorrow), paying like 40-45% more and also paying for used nights here even though they were useless and we just wasted vacation time dealing with everything.

다 좋았으나 마무리는 별로
Pros:

숙소는 주요 관광지랑 적당히 가깝고 주변에 마트도 가까이 있아서 좋았어요. 엄청나게 깨끗한 편은 아니지만 그래도 숙소가 넓고 부족한 게 있으면 바로바로 대응해줘서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

이 숙소에서 가장 실망스러운 부분은 퇴실 과정이었습니다.
숙박일이 5일가량 남았음에도 불구하고, 오후 3시 30분에 건물주가 바뀌었다며 다음 날 당장 나가야 한다는 통보를 받았습니다. 환불만 진행해줄 수 있다고 하더군요.
건물 전체의 모든 투숙객이 갑자기 퇴실해야 했고, 그중에는 한 달 동안 숙박을 예약한 분이나 여러 채를 빌린 대가족도 있었습니다.

보통 이런 상황이라면 환불은 물론이고, 남은 숙박에 대한 책임을 지는 것이 당연하다고 생각합니다. 숙소 관리자로서 다른 숙소를 안내하거나, 새 건물주와 협의해 남은 숙박에 대한 대안이나 보장을 제시해야 하는데, 사과 외에는 아무런 조치가 없었습니다.

게다가 이곳은 성수기로 접어드는 시기라 당장 다음날 숙소를 구해야 했고, 그로 인해 금액이 많이 상승했습니다. 새로운 숙소를 찾고 상황을 해결하느라 예정된 일정을 소화하지 못했고, 이동과 국제전화로 인한 추가 비용도 발생했습니다.

여행을 하다 보면 예상치 못한 문제가 생길 수 있다는 점은 충분히 이해합니다. 하지만 숙박 관리자로서 책임 있는 태도와 최소한의 배려는 필요하다고 생각합니다. 이런 상황에서 좋은 평점을 부탁하는 것은 이해하기 어렵습니다.

앞으로는 이런 일이 다시 발생하지 않도록, 숙박객의 입장에서 더 책임감 있는 관리가 이루어지길 바랍니다.

Great Stay with Excellent Host and Location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great — the street is shaped like a C with security at the main gate, which made it feel safe and quiet. The apartment had strong Wi-Fi (better than most places we’ve stayed in Mexico), and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We had a street-view apartment, which we found nicer than the ones facing the back. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing.

What stood out most was the host — super responsive and genuinely helpful, always doing their best to address any complaints or requests. If we come back to Playa del Carmen, we’d definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Water was leaking from the shower drain, they came to fix it and there was a smell, then it came back again and in both showers, water entered the room and the floor was always full of water.

For the money I think it is definitely worth it and would stay again.
Pros:

Firstly the price was amazingly cheap (£37.50 UK POUNDS per night Aug 2025) Location was great. Parking very easy and secure as there is a guardia on the entry gate. Hosts are not on site (apperently managed from Argentina) Just day cleaners are on site in the morning. The apartments are massive, there is loads of space for storing clothes etc. The kitchen is poorly equipped with just the bare bones of utensils, however it had a fully fitted SMEG cooker, microwave and hobs setup which is obviously expensive. The furniture seems like good quality, not the usual IKEA type. Some power sockets didn't work.
AC worked well.



To us it feels like some investors opened the place with a plan to manage it from another country.

We killed 2 large cockroaches in our room during our stay.

Cons:

TOH house is a bit of a strange place, it feels a bit soulless and unloved. The apartments themselves are actually fine and rarely have I seen such space, just lacking some details. The pool on the roof we didn't use as we were worried about cleanliness up there, the roof gym room is very sad looking with the floor tiles all lifting up, sun loungers all destroyed and not usable (why not throw them away if not willing to replace them?)

Estoy muy complacida todo muy limpio cómodo y agradable.
La ubicación perfecta cerca de la 5ta avenida y por los alrededores hay muchas cosas donde comprar si necesitas algo rápido.

Pros:

Ubicación cerca de las principales atracciones y playas, también con buenas instalaciones del apartamento

Cons:

1 día nos dieron otro apartamento más pequeño pero se soluciono al día siguiente y los cortes de luz y agua qué fueron en forma esporádica
