My bed had dirty sheets and towels from the previous guest!
Pros:

The property is conveniently located within a 15 minute walk to the old town.

Cons:

They did not change out the bedding or towels from the previous guest. When I went to get into bed, the pillow cases were dirty and smelled musty. There were hairs on the bedsheets and pillows and the duvet looked dirty. They literally just spread the sheets from the previous guest. I tried getting a hold of the staff to get new bedding but it was after hours, and no one responded. So I had to spread my clothes on the duvet and sleep on top of them. One towel was also visibly stained yet it was folded and placed like it was clean. The staff seemed apologetic but and they offered a complimentary breakfast but that just could not cover it. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and I appreciated them very much.

Room was spacious and clean, with wide balcony. Clean space. The stuff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast had huge variety of options, and was served quickly. The pool was amazing with different depths throughout.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Very clean and good location! 10 minute walk to the old town, booked coconut boat and cooking class through the hotel which provided us with a discount. The host Quynh was so kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again
