I pay for the hotel more what i should pay i think i been reapt of from the hotel

There is ton of restaurants around the hotel

Ótimo hotel custo benefício. Moderno é muito bem localizado para quem gosta de ter ao lado grande variedade de lojas, bares, restaurantes. Hotel básico porém bem moderno e cuidado. Local do café da manhã é em um rooftop lindo com vista para o mar e torre Galata. Janelas com isolamento acústico fizeram total diferença.

The hotel's location is excellent.It's right on the bustling Istiklal Street, but the room was quiet enough.That's where the positives end. Now for the downsides:

1. We specifically booked a family room with a mini-kitchen to cook meals for our young child, but there was no kitchenware whatsoever in the room.When I went down to the reception to ask for some dishes, I was told that cooking in the room was prohibited.Why even offer guests a room where cooking isn't allowed?After a scene and me actually crying, a kind, lovely girl at the reception made sure everything was brought up to the room.
2. During our entire 5-day stay, our room was not cleaned up even once! Even though we left requests for housekeeping
3. The breakfast buffet was very limited and repeated day after day.
4. The Wi-Fi was terrible and kept cutting out constantly.
5. The baby cot we requested turned out to be just a playpen with a synthetic blanket and a broken fastener.As a result, our child ended up sleeping in our bed.By the way, the pillows and bedding weren't particularly comfortable either.
Overall impression: Negative.
Therefore, if you're traveling with children or value comfort, I suggest choosing a more expensive option.Although this hotel looked more than pleasant in the photos on Booking.com...

Mir hat es sehr gefallen.. einkaufen mitten in istiklalstreet .. überall fußläufig erreichbar.
Frühstück war sehr gut. Tägliche Reinigung und super hilfsbereite personal .

location is superb, right on Istiklal Street and in the middle of action, a bit hard to access by car but convenient for shopping and dining, it's clean and the staff are very nice and supportive, our room had a very nice view overlooking the Bosphorus Trait.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and perfect location. Close to everything but out of the tourist hassle. The charming receptionist Alev was most professional in helping us with every enquiry. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent location , next to Sishane Metro which can connect to most part of Istanbul city. Also just beside Tunel , a tram ride that brings you to & from the Pier. Hotel is just along shopping street with many restaurants & cafes.

Beautiful interior with chandeliers and interesting history as a bank in its previous life with vaults still in situ.

Spacious room with fridge.

Heating was well received as it was cold at night.

Good breakfast offering.

Helpful staff.

Excellent . The only downside is the noise from istiklal and the bathroom glass doors should be changed no privacy.

We like all of this hotel and his restaurant

We stayed one night as we had a mix up with our flights and it was amazing. The view was worth every penny and the location was right by main street and next to a metro station.

We even watched a film in the hotub together.
