Very nice and pleasant
Pros:

clean, tidy, very convenient location, pleasant communication.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy, but the hotel has earplugs for each resident. The hotel is in the very center, so you shouldn't expect silence.

Pros:

We loved Sascha the hotel employee. She contacted us over WhatsApp and she was there for us 24/7. Without her we wouldn't have found the hotel. Even Google maps failed us.
We loved breakfast in the coffee shop nearby.

Cons:

We couldn't find the hotel. No hotel sign, nothing. No reception, no dining room. Nothing.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Mailand

Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels. Das Zimmer war klein; es war aber alles vorhanden was man für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt benötigt

Too many things were not ideal, only the location room was good. Overall not worth it, with €500 for 2 nights, but I got
Pros:

- The area was central, right with the duomo
- Clean and comfortable room
- Kind lady managing it

Cons:

- It was a hard finding it, since it isn’t a designated hotel, but an apartment building so it doesn’t really show on maps.
- You have to ring a doorbell 6 times, and start looking for a physical key. Its not what you want after long travels arriving late etc.
- Breakfast was only a croissant, a cappucino and a water in a cafe nearby, so don’t rely on it for breakfast

Бесплатная вода была только при заселении,на вторую ночь нам ее не поставили за 1300 евро за две ночи хотелось бы ее получить .Номер очень маленький.

No es Hotel. Habitación con baño privado.

La ubicación en relación al lo turístico y comercial

Cons:

No era un Hotel. Era un departamento que habían hecho habitaciones con baños. Era en un edificio, imposible de encontrar. No se quedaba nadie a cargo. Era un Airbnb. Ruidoso

Pros:

La camera è a 4 minuti dal duomo a piedi, si trova in una zona pedonale, ma ha anche un accesso sul retro che permette ai taxi di raggiungere la struttura!
Il personale è veramente tanto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione con loro è stata facile!
Camera cura e pulita. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i miei futuri soggiorni a milano!

Pros:

The room was nice, clean, with modern style. The location was perfect in term of facilities such as the metro to/from Linate, the position in the city center close to Duomo and close to all the most important stores. Ms.Sacha was a perfect receptionist and manager, very kind, efficient and very professional, at disposal for any need.

Cons:

I didn’t like seeing Ms. Sasha working in such a tiny, claustrophobic space. A worker needs a real office or a space where it is possible to work with dignity, with a window, proper lighting, and a regular desk, in an area larger than 1 m².
Furthermore, I didn’t like the breakfast formula. Considering the price paid (room with breakfast included), I assumed that once at the bar it would be possible to have more than one cappuccino, one croissant, and one orange juice (which is what I took, and when I later asked for a coffee, I had to pay extra for it).
If I had known the breakfast would be like this, I would have preferred to book the room without breakfast included, pay less, and choose another bar myself.
