Lage war gut.

Cons:

Niemand vor Ort. Extrem schalldurchlässig, man hört jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn. Kein Frühstück Voucher.

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

No es un hotel propiamente dicho. Está ubicado en en cuarto piso de un edificio. No tiene recepcion, lobby, portero o concierge. Una señorita muy amable atiende hasta las 16 hs. Después hay que comunicarse por teléfono por cualquier inconveniente.
La foto que figura es de la entrada del edificio , a su lado hay un ascensor y el “hotel “ ocupa un departamento del 4 piso. Nuestra habitación era muy reducida y de forma irregular y en un ángulo tenia un ventana que daba al centro de manzana.
El desayuno se tomaba en un bar vecino, voucher mediante.
Bajo ningún concepto puede considerarse un hotel y menos un 4 estrellas. Debería ser una pensión, como hay tantas otras, pero no un hotel

Tres bien pour visiter Milan au centre historique.
Pros:

Hôtel qui se trouve au 4 eme étage d'un grand immeuble. Très bien situé au centre de Milan a seulement 5 minutes a pied du Duomo. Nous avons fait le principal des visites a pied car situé en plein centre historique de Milan.
Bien accueillis par deux charmantes personnes. Belle chambre confortable et bonne literie. La réceptionniste nous a même offert la boisson car il y avait un problème d'internet. Petit déjeuner juste en bas dans un bar chic qui propose de très bons croissants.

Cons:

Parking au sous sol de l'immeuble , 25 euro par jour.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, even though it is extremely centrally located, just a short walk from the Duomo. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! ❤️

Disfrutamos mucho Milán.

Séjour agréable, calme et centrale
Pros:

Plein centre, à 5min à pied du Duomo cela donne un emplacement idéal. Et Un hôtel dans un immeuble bourgeois exceptionnel ! Chambre familiale au top! Calme, propre et bien équipé. Petit déjeuner agréable dans un joli cadre (choix moyen mais rien à redire sur la qualité).

Bien situado, pequeño pero bien equipado. Correcto.
Pros:

La situación. Inmejorable para el precio que tiene. Para estar en el centro es silencioso. Estaba muy limpio y completo, con agua de cortesía,, chocolatinas, cafetera dolche gusto con café gratuito,... Por suerte, nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta las 17h.

Cons:

No podíamos entrar, conseguimos un teléfono que había que llamar, cada vez para que se abriese la puerta a partir de las 19h. Era una llamada perdida y se abría. La habitación, bastante compacta, pero para el precio que tiene, y la situación es correcta. Se echan de menos persianas en lugar de cortinas, por la mañana entra bastante luz.

Perfect for our needs. Excellent Location. Good price.
Pros:

Excellent location. Paid parking is available very close by and once you walk out of the building you can see the Duomo on your right. We had our kids with us and the two adjoining rooms was perfect for our needs. Check in was very straight forward and staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is via vouchers for a local cafe and this was superb - good coffee and amazing pastries.
