Pros:

J'adore cette hotel pour sa propreté et l'emplacement.
Seule pt point a améliorer c'est le pt déjeuner qui était très basique malgré la saison de fruits. ( début juillet). Néanmoins nous avons gardé un très bon souvenir et reviendrons avec plaisir.

В номерах чисто, новый ремонт. Сотрудники ресепшн приятные и вежливые, оперативно решали вопросы и подсказывали интересующую информацию.

Clean, Comfortable, Equipped
Pros:

My mother and I were travelling together. We got a very spacious room on the 6th floor, which was both clean and comfortable. There was a perfect daily room cleaning. The AC was superb! The view was memorable with the Ararat Mountain in front of us. The shower always worked well and the water was always warm. The breakfast experience was also quite good. The lift worked well and everything was at the level or beyond what we expected.

Cons:

The small lobby on the ground floor had a wine menue, none of which were available during our stay. Also, considering local rates, I keep asking myself if this place was not a bit overpriced. Although the location is very good, it is still a 25-min walk from the city center.

Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, weil ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war. Man konnte problemlos auf der Straße ganz in der Nähe parken. Die U-Bahn ist maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, damit ist man ziemlich schnell im Zentrum.

The room was spacious and the location is nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The street side can be noisy. The bedsheet were very worn, although the staff changed those upon our request.
