Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and the location is nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The street side can be noisy. The bedsheet were very worn, although the staff changed those upon our request.

Pros:

Camera ampia e pulita, bagno grande e doccia ben funzionante. Le finestre davano sul monte Ararat quindi una bellissima vista panoramica. Ci hanno fornito acqua e the e caffè gratuiti in camera.
Il parcheggio non è disponibile ma c’è su strada senza problemi. La colazione un po’ da migliorare, servirebbe più scelta

Simple stay not too far away from the city centre.
Pros:

It's a simple bed and breakfast setup which is not very far from the main attractions in the city. Quite easy to get taxis on ride hailing apps. Decent building and good sized rooms. We got the mountain view room and the view of Ararat mountain in the mornings were very nice.

Местоположение хорошее, номер чистый, вид из окна на Арарат очень красивый

Cons:

Бокалы были заляпанные и жирные, пришлось помыть их, чтобы использовать. Но не критично.
