Pleasant stay for the amount we paid
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and big so had plenty of space for ourselves. Spacious and a decent table. Warm and cozy. Big bathroom

Cons:

No milk to go with the tea and coffee. Some of the bathroom had old drawers that looked liked they were broken and when pulled one draw 2 came out. Also could not get ordinary TV and ended up paying for Netflix but algood.

Great location, quiet and convenient.
Pros:

Everything about the accommodation was great, and especially the location, it was very convenient to where we planned to go the next day.

Cons:

We missed the part where it said we needed to pick up the key in a completely different location. This was a big deal for us, as we had driven for over five hours then found we had to go into downtown during rush hour!

Customer service from the lady that we spoke with
After hours etc, quiet location specially traveling from the far north hokianga after work to waikato for the Waka ama Nationals.
Even though we booked our accom for us to check in the day before but didnt arrive till the early morning next day

Cons:

Didnt like the guy I spoke with when i was still at work, even though we rang also to pay for our $200 deposit which i was happy to give over card details, i was trying to explain if we needed to pay for extra people which was our kids that was already at waka ama Nationals would it be ok
He wasn't able to assist my enquiry he was more worried about the $200 bond then anything else & if I didnt pay for it he was gonna hang up on me & cancel my booking, in the end I had to get my husband to speak on my behalf, he also sent me a text straight after taking payment from my card but the details he sent us wasn't even where we were staying.
If it wasn't for the lady that answered our call the early next morning when we arrived at the wrong location we probably be sleeping out on the road.

The best weekend away!
Pros:

Loved how cozy and clean it was. Loved the balcony! Had what we needed. Just a couple of gals having a weekend away and we had the extra room. Location was perfect for what we came up for :)

Cons:

Just the bottom step outside was a bit high and dodgey but no biggie!!
