Die Lage ist gut,Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu erreichen und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Karte hat nicht funktioniert, musste man nach langer Reise selbst abholen. Am Eingang war es in den weiteren Tag immer ein Glücksspiel, ob sich die Eingangstür öffnet. Fön war kaputt. Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren. TV funktionierte auch nicht, nur ganz wenige Sender verfügbar. Kein Licht im Küchenbereich, Kaffee konnte man sich nur machen, wenn man die Handy-Taschenlampe zur Hilfe nahm.

Schlechte Orga, super Personal
Pros:

Sowohl Service, Problemlösung als auch Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals war super.
Das Hotel indem wir umquartiert wurden, war auch super

Cons:

Trotzdessen wir eine Suite im 1. OG gebucht haben, wurden wir im Souterrain einquartiert.
Nachdem dort sowohl der TV und Fön kaputt war und eine leichte Schimmelstelle gab, haben wir uns beschwert und konnten direkt im naheliegenden Hotel unterkommen.

Spontan gebucht, positive Erfahrung, leider nur eine Nacht übernachtet, würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Check-in über Schlüsselcode sehr unkompliziert, sehr hübsches Zimmer, kleine Pantry, sehr nette Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer (Erker-Zimmer), kleiner Frühstücks-Tisch, Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, kleine Geschirr-/Besteck-Ausstattung. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe, kurzer Weg zum Strand (ca. 500 m), kurze Wege in die Innenstadt/Bahnhof etc., Parkplätze hinter dem Haus nach Verfügbarkeit, öffentlicher Parkplatz einen Steinwurf entfernt. Jeweils gebührenpflichtig (haben wir nicht genutzt).

Cons:

Liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Wer empfindlich ist hört trotz geschlossener Fenster etwas vom Verkehr. Für uns war´s o.k.

Insgesamt eine sehr nette Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nahe zum Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig, Mini-Küche

Cons:

Diverse “Kleinigkeiten”, die nicht wie erwartet funktioniert haben: z.B. Safe (trotz Benachrichtigung am Anreisetag), Abfluss in der Dusche, Sand, der nicht weggekehrt wurde
