Cons:

Ein Mitarbeiter für 3 Objekte!!? Service??? Wer Hilfe oder Service durch Personal benötigt hat leider Pech. In dieser Kategorie erwarte ich ehrlich gesagt mehr und habe es auf Sylt so noch nicht erlebt.

Prinzipiell ist die Ausstattung des Apartments hochwertig, doch das Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr hochwertig, die Betten sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Service war mangelhaft. Es war nicht sehr sauber geputzt, das Klopapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Das Bad nicht sauber geputzt, einmal die Betten gar nicht gemacht. Bei einem Schrank har der Griff gefehlt, bei dem zweiten Schrank war ein Bret rausgebrochen, die Sonnenblende des größten Fensters war defekt und lies sich nicht hochziehen. Auf mein freundliches Email, das auf diese Dinge hinwies, wurde gar nicht reagiert.

Schöne kleine Auszeit zu zweit
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Aber das Zimmer war mega. Sehr sauper. Alles super geklappt mit der Übermittlung für den Code für das Zimmer. Wir hatten mit Stellplatz gebucht. Auch das hat super geklappt.
Die Kurtaxe wurde über einen Umschlag angefordert.
Alles war perfekt. Für eine kleine Auszeit.

Cons:

Da haben wir nichts zu berichten. Wir hatten nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Pros:

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und reibungsloses abwickeln und das zwischen Lagern bon Gepäck im Hotel bis man in die Suit ein Checken kann, hat super Funktioniert🤙

Cons:

Leider hat es bei mir im Zimmer aus dem Bad ziemlich nach Kanal gerochen :/

Schöne Ausstattung, super Lage, und sehr gemütliche Einrichtung

Cons:

Der untere Eingang war lediglich schlecht beleuchtet, so dass man den Kartenleser an der Tür nicht unmittelbar finden konnte.
