Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, Flecken an den Wänden, Griff am Schrank fehlte. Nach Zimmerwechsel Sachen vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank, Abfalleimer im Bad nicht geleert, Birne in der Nachttischlampe fehlte und der Fernseher lief nicht vernünftig. Im Zimmer meines Vaters ließ sich die Heizung nicht regulieren, Klimaanlage und Fernseher auch nicht, sa daß er auch das Zimmer wechseln mußte.

Super zwei Tage Aufenthalt in Mimosa Suits . Sehr zu empfehlen .
Pros:

Die Suits sind in einem wunderschönen Gebäude gelegen. Sie sind sehr geräumig mit Boxspringbett und einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und Westerland.
Große Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Guter eigener Parkplatz.

Cons:

Liegt an Hauptstraße. Ist abends daher nicht ruhig.
TV mit nur 3 Programmen.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen!
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption im Mimosa Hotel ist sehr, sehr nett und macht tolle Arbeit! Der Herr, leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht, war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich durfte bei Abreise auch mein Gepäck im Mimosa Hotel hinterlegen und konnte noch ein bisschen bummeln gehen.
Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Mimosa Suite!

Cons:

Es war leider durch den Straßenverkehr sehr laut (Mimosa Suite). Das Zimmer war direkt zur Straße.
Auch wurde mein Briefumschlag mit dem Geld für die Gästekarte bei Abreise anscheinend durch das Reinigungspersonal "mitgenommen".

Good choice to stay
Pros:

The location is good. Close to Westerland city. Room is spacious and nicely equipped.
Very tasteful.
Beds comfortable and good windows that you do not hear the cars.
Lots of storage space.

Used towels were changed daily (though considering environment it would have been s,ufficient once they were put on floor).

I have a lit of remarks on the negative but pls take these for improvement. I overall really enjoyed the stay.

I wanna say that I also run Airbnbs for many years .... so these points I would address if it was my business.

Cons:

- I had not received the door code and it took me approx 20-30 minutes til I received it finally.
- The main entrance had quite a lot of bird poo and that was not cleaned in the 5 days I stayed.
-The upper windows were not clean.
- The drain in the shower was so clogged that the bathroom flooded after 30 seconds of using the shower (I cleaned the drain from hair and and smugg in the end - which made it improve a bit).
- Dust on cupboards
- No proper room lights and also no light in the dark wooded kitchen area
- AC did not work and asking staff on site also did not make it work. They said they would call someone but nothing happened.
- 1 day room service did not come amd on 3 of 5 days coffe corner was not replenished.
- The glasses in bathroom were still dirty and have not been cleaned from previous guests.

Lage, direkt an der Straße

Cons:

Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren. Schalter für die Klimaanlage war hinter einer Schrankwand, das Display uneinsehbar. Verschiedene Flecken an den Wänden, Knauf am Schrank fehlte, Glühbirne der Nachttischlampe fehlte,
Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert und Sachen vom Vorgänger i
