Amazing
Pros:

Great location, near to the airport and town centre. The staff were all amazing and so welcoming, and were always on hand to help. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean. The rooftop is gorgeous, and throughly enjoyed afternoons by the pool.

Cons:

I think my only criticism would be vegan choices at breakfast, it would be amazing if there was one cooked option for vegans alongside the eggs, pancakes etc and some more savoury buffet options.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Très bon personnel aimable et prévenant et très bon confort de la chambre . Bonne Clim . Et les produits l’occitane bon choix . Le restaurant du roof top Cielo est vraiment top avec un service excellent .

Cons:

Peut être une touche ancienne moins moderne aurait été agréable au moins dans les parties communes

Not a 5 star experience at all!
Pros:

Location was great close to all the restaurants and bars
Room was modern
Shows was big

Cons:

I arranged for breakfast in the room 3 months in advance for my partners birthday. They forgot to do it and when I chased I got a very rude email back from their concierge.
No table service round the pool despite staff being around and the space not being busy.
Rooms were not 5 star hotel cleaned. Bed was poorly made, towels not changed, nothing was however so we had sand everywhere. Nothing was tidied. No counters wiped. Remote control for tv didn’t work. If you came for breakfast at 7am there was no offer of all a carte menu.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Superbe chambre, très propre. Piscine à disposition sur le rooftop. Très bons cocktails.

Cons:

Problématique de TV qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Il n’y avait pas de lumière fonctionnelle au plafond dans la salle de bain et il fallait baisser un rideau pour ne pas être vu par l’extérieur rendant la sdb très sombre.
Pas de changement de nos tasses de thés/café utilisées la veille pour le lendemain et le surlendemain, dommage.

One of our best hotel experiences ever! ❤️
Pros:

Location was excellent - the staff ! They were amazing - the accommodations/ the service throughout. Every person in every area of the hotel was friendly & helpful. The reception ladies, Marcus & Demetrio made our experience a memorable one! Looking forward to staying there again next year!

There was nothing to not like!
