Same good value APA just like everywhere across Japan
Pros:

Near Ueno station and can be reached without going up or down the stairs, good if carrying big luggage. There is a nearby Family Mart. There is also a nearby stair leading to the subway (Ginza line) without needing to go inside JR Ueno.

There was nothing that I did not like

Convenient location in Ueno. You can step right out into a bustling market area.

Cons:

It is very tight, with limited places to relax if needed. Lobby was tiny and full of guest luggage being held for the day.
