The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was excellent.

We accidently left an ipad in our room.
We contacted the hotel who advised that they had it (was showing it was there on locate my ipad). We arranged for it to be collected however, the ipad was not handed over. In addition our subsequent emails and questions to the hotel have been ignored.
I travel all across the UK and Europe with work and this experience has ensured that I will not stay with the group again.
We have just launched an official complaint so we will see where that gets us.

Great location for music concerts. Rooms excellent.
Pros:

Near the concert venue. Great family room. Quirky interior. Parking a bit steep and very full.

Cons:

Too few staff. After the concert only one person serving. Most of the people were overnighting due to the local concert. This is the second time staying here, both times we waited quite a while for drinks. The breakfast area is a cross between a university campus and a bar. Bits of the breakfast bar scattered around. First no eggs available. The eggs arrived the no meat available.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr schön, alle Mitarbeiter warum sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zimmer war sauber und auch groß genug.
