Die Nähe zum Carlswerk ist top.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die kalten Betonwände sind nicht so schön. Das ylicht unterm Bett ist zwar gut gemeint, aber viel zu hell, wenn man nachts mal raus muss, ist der Bettnachbar leider auch wach. Vielleicht kann man dieses Licht mehr dimmen
Leider war das Personal (1 Person die arbeitet, 2 die scheinbar zuschauen) der Bar heillos überfordert, wir mussten lange warten unsere Bestellung aufzugeben.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abends Karten für die aktuelle Show im Spiegelpalast hatten und dieser fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreicht werden konnte.
Das Personal bei der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde Punkt 10 Uhr geschlossen. Etwas mehr Service durch eine kleine Zeitzugabe zumindest für Getränke hätten wir uns gewünscht. Zudem war die Servicekraft am Ende der Frühstückszeit recht unfreundlich.

Ich war zum erstenmal da,das Hotel liegt sehr günstig wenn man ein Konzert im E-Werk oder Palladium besuchen möchte,neben an gibt es mehrere Lokale zum Essen,die Bar hat die ganze Nacht geöffnet,das Frühstück ist reichhaltig,alles super, ich komme wieder zum nächsten Konzert,
