Gute Lage, schönes Haus, Zimmer mit viel Charm, stilvoll eingerichtet. Große Terrasse.

Cons:

Ankunft: Angestellter lümmelt im Foyer auf der Couch herum und ist mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, während wir vor seiner Nase bei großer Hitze in Motorradklamotten mehrere Gepäckstücke zum Aufzug schleppen.
Am späten Nachmittag trifft eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft mit Live-Band ein. Feier bis weit in die Nacht mit ohrenbetäubendem Lärm direkt unter unserem Zimmer. Terrasse ist damit auch nicht nutzbar, an Schlaf lange nicht zu denken.
Frühstück: Schleppender Service, die Feier scheint bei denAngestellten noch nachzuwirken.

Pros:

Изключително доволни сме от престоя си. Чудесен персонал, усмихнат и любезен. Красиви,уютни и чисти стаи, удобна баня и комфортни легла, като цяло всичко, от което човек може да има нужда. Освен това хотела е със страхотна локация, съвсем близо както до централната част на града, така и до речната алея. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново ☺️.

The experience did not fully match the expectations set by the hotel’s pricing and presentation.
Pros:

The location is pretty convenient, close to the river. Ceilings in the rooms are high.

Cons:

The parking area is quite small, so there is a chance you may not find an available parking spot.
The restaurant food was very basic and felt more like a regular café experience. Considering the hotel’s pricing and how it positions itself, I expected something more refined. I had a similar impression of the breakfast selection, which was rather limited and did not offer much variety.
The room itself was also on the smaller side, and in my case there were noticeable defects with both the flooring and the carpet.
