I don’t recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel in this location just because of irritating long hours for every days.
Cons:

We had very hard time every evening of very loud, really loud irritating music from other side street in front of hotel.

Pros:

It’s around 7mins walk from Batam Ferry Port. 5mins walk to Mega mall Batam. Also the gran works well and fast here.
You can easily find a grab and it takes around 2ins to the city center .
The hospitality and the breakfast are the best parts of the trip. Also, the room is very nice and comfortable whilst the price is reasonable.

I will come back again thou actually.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable! Conveniently located near Batam Center ferry terminal and Mega Mall.

Breakfast was sufficient with enough variety to fill you up.

Cons:

The lobby has a weird smell, and I’ve noticed many reviews mention it too. Hopefully they’ll do something about it. It seems to come from the lemongrass scent, but it really shouldn’t linger and feel unpleasant after a while.

Service staff from the front desk to the cafe were polite and helpful.

The building is going through some maintenance work and you can hear some noise.
