Everything is very excellent and very near to batam ferry port
The scenery, breakfast, dine and amenities.
so far everything good.
Clean and good location.
Breakfast could be better. Food and drinks were not hot. Everything was just warm. No replenishment for items that were almost finished. Although stay was good I wouldn’t pay for to include breakfast again.
The location was, situated close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, and the accommodation was affordable, neat, and clean.
It was disappointing—they stated that breakfast would be available until 10 AM, yet when we arrived around 9 AM, all the items were empty and nothing was replenished. We were quite disappointed and ended with only bread and an omelette.

overall is okay
The hotel is clean and quiet, conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and has a good restaurant. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. Overall, it offers a pleasant and easy stay.
None of these points were significant shortcomings, yet together they are what keep the hotel from truly shining. Cleanliness was adequate throughout, though without the level of detail that creates a memorable impression. The amenities were functional but quite minimal, and a touch more aesthetic care would have enhanced the overall atmosphere.
There was also some inconsistency regarding restaurant service hours: although last orders were said to be at 10:30 pm, by 10 pm only snacks were available. This may have been related to Ramadan scheduling, a period that understandably brings operational adjustments, though clearer communication would have been appreciated.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, largely reflecting local culinary traditions. Given the predominantly Muslim population of Indonesia, this focus is understandable; nevertheless, for an international property, a slightly wider range of European breakfast options could further improve the experience.
GOOD LOCATION AND BREAKFAST 5*
The comfort of the room and warmth of the staff.
I would have preferred the room facing the street as the windows are large and have lots of natural lighting. I understand it was fully booked and we were given a different room. It was not as bright given the small window.
