GOOD LOCATION AND BREAKFAST 5*
The comfort of the room and warmth of the staff.
I would have preferred the room facing the street as the windows are large and have lots of natural lighting. I understand it was fully booked and we were given a different room. It was not as bright given the small window.

the view i wanted the masjid view but didnt get it, it would be great if i get that view. the food was okay. so next time im gonna make a request for the msajid view! I've been alot to santika hotel. 1 in surabaya 1 in bali all good!
Everything was excellent. This is always my preferred hotel whenever I am in Batam.
Whenever customers make special requests during online booking, we should try our best to accommodate them. For example, if a customer requests a smoking room or connecting rooms, staff should assist in reserving these in advance. In addition, we should minimise waiting time during check-in, as some guests are only staying for one day and would prefer to settle in quickly so they can start their day without delay.
Breaskfast is so good, and the location is perfect.
The hotel is within east walking distance from the harbor ferry and the mall. The room was very nice with a large window that allowed in a lot of light and a great view of the harbor.
The breakfast buffet was one of the worst that I have ever had.
