Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of variety, the rooms were relatively kept clean and tidy. Although it's slightly on the smaller side, it's quite a good size for 2 people. Also, the staff were very nice and approachable.

Cons:

Due to the walls being thin, the noise from outside was able to reach in so if you're a light sleeper it's going to be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is just near ferry terminal.
Pros:

Not really good when I came in 2024

Cons:

1. Can hear ppl motorbike speeding loudly
2. Can hear someone coughing or taking shower next room, etc.
3. No international tv program available except the local channels.
4. Breakfast buffet not much offerings

Good hotel. For sure will be my choice of hotels if i go back to Batam.
Pros:

The staff at reception was very helpful. The room was clean. Everything that i need was provided. Good hotel, recommended if you visit Batam!

Cons:

If there is a coffee machine at the room it would be fantastic. For me the bed is a bit too firm, i personally like it softer. And lastly, the price of the hotel can be better.

super noisy night.
Pros:

location and room was clean

Cons:

noisy. very noisy. was on the 10th floor and 11th floor was the coffeehouse. yet from 9pm to midnite it was just noisy scrapping noise, furniture moving, banging noise. and finally to top it off around 4am. a loud thunderous sound from 11th floor blasted through the rooms. i thought it was thunder but nope just some bizzare noises from the hotel.

Decent hotel, but there are other (clearly) better options for about the same price.
Pros:

While the breakfast was adequate and tasty, the menu didn't really change a lot over my 6-day stay.. Service staff were attentive and helpful when I arrived to check in. The room itself was adequate, and the airconditioning was cold. A minor gripe is that I was only given one room card instead of the usual two..

Cons:

The bathroom was spacious but there were pretty bad, moldy grout lines dotting the shower area. Furthermore, there was a VERY strong smell coming off of the shower drain that started after my 2nd day, and persisted throughout the remaining 4 days I was there. The shower also drained very very slowly. Lastly, the location leaves a bit to be desired since it's close to the ferry terminal, but far from virtually everything else.
