I will come back again thou actually.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable! Conveniently located near Batam Center ferry terminal and Mega Mall.

Breakfast was sufficient with enough variety to fill you up.

Cons:

The lobby has a weird smell, and I’ve noticed many reviews mention it too. Hopefully they’ll do something about it. It seems to come from the lemongrass scent, but it really shouldn’t linger and feel unpleasant after a while.

Reasonable price for short getaway trip

Staffs are friendly. Good location near to ferry terminal walking distance.

Cons:

The sound proof of the room need to improve. Can hear noise of the kids next door. The open facility opposite the hotel have an event which held until late night which created loud noise. Unable to sleep properly because of all these noise.
