Estadía corta y confortable.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Desayuno muy variado. Personal muy atento. Recomendado para estadías cortas debido al costo del alojamiento por día.

Cons:

Al llegar al aeropuerto llamé para notificar que había llegado y me dijeron que el conductor iba en camino y no llegaba, pasé 30 min de espera por lo que volví a llamar y me indicaron lo mismo. Al parecer en la primera llamada olvidaron avisarle al conductor que debía pasar por el aeropuerto y el frío era brutal!

Awful experience. You should not be advertising and booking with this organization.

Staff was very mercenary and unhelpful. I explained to them we were on a long trip with a long layover in a strange city and I kindly asked for an early check-in. They told me to ask when I got there again. Even though it was obvious the hotel was practically empty. I called them from the airport to request again. Then the front desk guy tried to upsell me an expensive suite. What an awful way to treat a tired customer. So he wanted to charge us extra for a half a day's stay. I told him we just needed a few hours to rest. Not good enough for him. You should be ashamed of yourselves. When we got to the hotel I asked the front desk girl and the upsell guy was standing next to her. He then told her in Spanish not to give me the early checkin. What a nasty person you have representing your company. I will tell everyone about this shabby treatment at your hotel. I can failure in your company's future. Someone needs to think about how much this is going to cost your company.
