El hotel tiene unas habitaciones y unas instalaciones excelentes, pero les falta mucho personal y mantenimiento. El poco personal que hay es muy competente pero están desbordados. La piscina estaba sucia y todas las hamacas como si no se hubieran limpiado desde el verano pasado. En cambio la limpieza de la habitación excelente. A la hora de hacer el check in y el check out no ves a nadie. La comida del restaurante muy bien.
Falta de personal y falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones.
El personal que tiene en el Restaurante cafetería. Son personas muy trabajadoras y amable para estar muy solas con el trabajo que tienen.
Es un hotel que juega a ser de 4 estrellas, no tiene a nadie que te recepcione, lo hizo la camarera de la cafetería, no tiene a nadie con el que poder hablar por cualquier problema después del cierre de restaurante. La zona de la piscina, sin colocar, sin depurar, se le aviso por washa y ni caso. El único contacto con algún Responsable fue por WhatsApp porque en cuatro días no la hemos visto. La categoría de 4 estrellas para las chicas de cafetería y Restaurante, los responsables del Hotel no llegan ni a hostal.
La recepción y el chekin out
Hotel malo. Restaurante bueno. Nos ha encantado la bolsita de chuches del minibar a 10 euros (la bolsita vale 1 euro en el chino frente al hotel).
Lo nuevo y limpio que está todo
The staff and food were good .
No privacy curtains,so either light or no light. Considering it has been newly renovated,the power distribution in the room is not fit for purpose. One spare socket @1m from the table/ desk and none by the bedside.
Eviten este hotel a toda costa. Una estafa con disfraz.
Aparcas y luego te avisan que el parking es de pago. WiFi inexistente, luces tan tenues que parece una mazmorra. La ducha escupe agua hirviendo; tienes que girar el mando al máximo al frío para que no te quemes vivo.
Y el colmo: las cápsulas de café no son gratis. Las esconden y te cobran 2,5€ cada una. ¿En serio?
Caro, incómodo y con trampas baratas. 1/10. Nunca más.

No pude hacer el check-in online y al llegar no había nadie en recepción
Recibimos información por Wasp al momento pero el sistema de apertura de la puerta con código no nos pareció muy práctico. En la puerta de entrada del hotel no se diferencian los números y había que intuirlos.
Algo complicado si te quedas sin batería o te olvidas la clave o te dejas el teléfono, o lo pierdes…… en fín no sé cómo se resolvería la entrada a la habitación.
