El hotel es muy céntrico muy buena ubicación, amabilidad de sus personal… pero muy normal para el costo…

The staff was very helpful even though I spoke English. The hotel room looked new and modern. I loved that the air conditioning made the room feel very cool during the hot day. The place is right in the middle of everything. Lots of good places to eat around the corner and a short walk to "el centro". I especially liked the secured parking offered to me at no additional charge.

En las imagenes parecia ser un lugar grande y amplio pero la realidad es que es pequeño y las habitaciones igual. Algo incomoda para una familia de 4. Como nos toco una habitación en planta baja, se escuchaba mucho ruido del restaurante que esta en el patio. Lo bueno es su ubicación, a unas cuadras de la iglesia y la plaza principal. No tienen estacionamiento directamente en el hotel, pero te dan un lugar en un estacionamiento que esta ubicado en otro lugar. Lo bueno es que tiene restaurante adentro donde puedes desayunar y la comida no es mala.

Lo que no me gustó fue que no tiene un estacionamento en las instalaciones y tampoco te aseguran un lugar en el que tienen.

The rooms were good but the property does not have an elevator and they expect guests to be very quiet when they are surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Muy caro, debido al calor, pretendimos dejar prendido el a/c para mantener la habitación con temperatura agradable y no lo permitieron. Al personal le falta actitud de servicio.

The hotel facilities are in good condition. Staff is friendly. However, they enforce this absurd policy of giving you only one door keycard per room. We had to scramble on how to go out and move around the town. When I asked for another card, they refused. Furthermore, the room requires the card to turn on the lights and a/c. With temperature of around 95 F you can imagine how hot the room was when we returned after walking around. But overall, if you are willing to accept that absurdity, it is ok.

El estacionamiento esta muy lejos. los cuartos no tienen closet y el mueble para colgar no le caben los vestidos largos ni los portatrajes

Convenient quiet location near the plaza. Walkable to all. On-site breakfast restaurant. Great air conditioning! An affordable option in Tequila!

Nice looking clean, very small room.
Black mold appears to be in the bathroom wall???
NO HOT water and no parking. Parking for the hotel is 4 blocks away.
Small one way street on the front of the hotel limited you to park and get your suite case out.
I found it over priced for what they offer.
