Worst breakfast

Poor Quality
Pros:

Nothing at all, after a long trip I just wanted to rest, but the construction noise all the night long was stressful. Plus the poor service. Nothing good.
The first receptionist was kind, but the rest of the stuff bad. Just labor.

Cons:

There was an opening in the bathroom ceiling. The cups from the restaurant are not clean, stained and with flies in it. The construction noise during the night is awful. I had to leave, and the stuff didn't provide any solution. I was not reimbursed.
I moved to Platinum Muscat Hotel, better price, much better condition and very nice location.
Muscat Express is a waste of money. Don't risk, look for another one. It is far from everywhere. Outside it is full of garbage.

Für mich ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ...
Pros:

Man bekommt man für einen vergleichsweise günstigen Preis eine sehr solide und moderne Unterkunft ... guter Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter (insbesondere an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück) ... das Hotel liegt in einem Geschäftsviertel ... die Mall of Oman und die berühmte Sultan-Qaboos-Grand-Moschee sind schnell erreichbar ... die Zimmer und Betten sind sauber, geräumig und komfortabel ... das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl mit frischen Optionen ... 👍

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel propre, bien situé et avec un personnel au top
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, les chambres sont bien entretenues et on s’y sent rapidement à l’aise.

Le petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet. Ce n’est pas le plus varié que j’ai pu voir, mais il y a suffisamment de choix pour bien commencer la journée, donc ça fait largement l’affaire.

L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de Oman Avenue Mall, avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants tout autour. C’est vraiment pratique au quotidien et l’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer facilement. En plus, la majorité des taxis connaissent l’hôtel, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Il y a également un petit parking juste devant l’hôtel, ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on est véhiculé.

Enfin, un grand point positif pour le personnel : toute l’équipe est extrêmement sympathique, accueillante et très accommodante. Ils sont toujours prêts à aider et à trouver des solutions pour rendre le séjour agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avions une salle de bain avec douche italienne, je n'aime pas ce type de douche mais toutes les chambres ne sont pas équipées des mêmes douches.

An excellent place to stay
Pros:

Coffee, dates at the reception, the breakfast. In fact can't fault anything.
The cheerful Shabnam at the reception has been very helpful at planning my stay in Muscat.
Room was cleaned perfectly. Thanks go to these personnel too.
