Prima hotel
Pros:

Zeer mooie, ruime, hygiënische (bad)kamer. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Locatie is vrij ver van oude centrum, maar goed bereikbaar met goedkoop taxi.

Comfortable, clean and no fuss
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast and easy to find parking. Quite close to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Location wise it’s not the prettiest street - but perfect for a short stay like ours (emphasis on “express”!)

poor bad and no customer focus.
Pros:

No proper person to address need. Location is good of property. Room was neat and clean. Gym was good. Room has enough space and light. Basic facilities.

Cons:

Poor breakfast lots of flies around. No quality of food. I requested an early check-out. Both booking.com and hotel kept on passing the responsibility to one another. It is very usual when you book a business hotel for 5 nights and you finish your work early and want to leave within 3 or 4. I approached hotel and its management but the reception, the manager Harshani never got back. One person on reception was talking to his wife and did not even spoke with me.

It was exactly what I needed, when I needed it.
Pros:

I liked that is was close to the airport as I had a long layover and needed a place to rest.

Cons:

Limited variety of breakfast.
