Great service, attendance, cleanliness, comfortable and easily accessible by metro.
Irena and Barbra were supper friendly and helpful.
I will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the conference centre and football at Sant Andreu.

I extended my stay here because I enjoyed the property so much. It’s a nice touch that they have a water bottle filler in the lobby and candy & coffee out in the afternoon. There is a laundry and grocery store right next door. The grocery store bakery was the cheapest place for pastries. House keeping did a great job and the front desk staff spoke excellent English.

We stayed at The Alceron for 5 nights from 7 September in one of their Superior Rooms..The hotel was very clean and the room and bathroom were very spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Roof top pool and area ver y clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-equipped and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The location is a little further away from the centre as you may look for, but it was only a 25 minute walk to Sagrada Família, and with convenient transport links nearby, you can easily navigate to the centre.
Located right next door to a supermarket and on top of pharmacy was ideal for grabbing holiday essentials, and there were so many really good restaurants nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to the nearby Westfield shopping centre was great to allow us to pass some time and shop in mainstream units such as Zara and Uniqlo, as well as many other more local retail stores.
We ate breakfast at the property only once, and it was fine. A good selection including some gluten free options which is a bonus. There is room service available (at an inflated price), but no bar/restaurant to sit at for an evening meal - which was okay for us as we wanted to explore local cuisines. There is a well stocked minibar in the room, where prices are slightly higher than in the local supermarket but you pay for the convenience of it in the room.
The rooftop pool was an added bonus - a lovely touch after a long day of walking in the Barcelona heat.
We cannot fault the staff and the entire process that was made as easy and efficient as possible. Would re-visit this hotel in a heartbeat because the whole experience was lovely.

Staff were very helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately surrounding suburbs are not so clean and tidy with dirty streets and graffiti everywhere you look.

Clean and modern hotel with spacious room. It's located in El Clot, so not super close to all the tourist sites but transit is very close by. We took the metro to La Ramblas, the beach and to the airport. We also walked to Sagrada Familia (25 mins). Local dining options are cheaper in the area also. Stafd are friendly and lobby area is a nice place to relax, fill your water bottle and enjoy some complimentary candies.

My family's first trip to Barcelona was memorable. The hotel was newly constructed, and we appreciated its modern design. The breakfast was delicious, although it wasn't affordable. The room was clean, but the hotel windows were dusty. We didn’t visit the pool area during our stay.

Beautiful property. Nice to stay in a quieter part of the city. Staff were wonderful and the rooftop pool was a relaxing getaway. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Thanks!!
